The "Nintendo Museum" will open in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
The "Nintendo Museum" is a facility where visitors can learn about and experience Nintendo's history of entertainment and its commitment to originality in manufacturing through exhibits of many of the company's products.

Many products released by Nintendo in the past will be on display. Visitors can learn about Nintendo's commitment to manufacturing and the transition of its products by comparing them with their own memories and experiences.
Experience
Visitors can experience various amusements created by Nintendo's craftsmanship, reborn with today's technology.
Create and Play
Visitors can actually make and play Hanafuda (Japanese playing cards), Nintendo's origins, while learning the rules.
Reservations and a separate fee are required on the day of your visit.
Cafe
In addition to special drinks, original hamburgers made with any combination of your favorite ingredients are available.
The café is located inside the Nintendo Museum and is open only to ticket holders.
Store
In addition to official goods themed on Nintendo's game worlds and characters, the museum offers limited edition items unique to the Nintendo Museum.

Tickets for admission

5 minutes walk from East Exit of "Ogura Station" on Kintetsu Kyoto Line
8-minute walk from the North Exit of JR Kokura Station on the JR Nara Line.
*Public transportation (excluding cabs) is available when visiting the museum.
Business hours: 10:00-18:00
Closed: Tuesdays and year-end and New Year holidays (December 30 - January 3)
If Tuesday is a national holiday, the museum will be open. If Tuesday is a national holiday, the museum is open on Tuesday and closed on the following Wednesday as a substitute.
