FGO] How high do you want to raise your skill level? [Strategy Diary

What I will be explaining in this article is "skill enhancement," which raises the level of a skill.
I will explain it in the following three points.

Skill enhancement requires valuable enhancement materials!
Skill level enhances the effect and charge time!
The standard skill levels are 1, 6, and 10!

Skill enhancement requires valuable enhancement materials!

Skill enhancement can be performed from "Menu" -> "Enhancement" -> "Servant Skill Enhancement".

Select the Servant whose skill level you want to increase.

Select the skill you wish to increase the level of, and the items required to strengthen the skill will be displayed.

In the case of the image above, 16 pieces of "Dust of False Shadow" and 5 pieces of "8 Rensou Soushou" are required.

Both are valuable items.

QP is also required to strengthen skills.

The higher the level, the higher the number of QP required.

Skill level up is now complete.

Skill level enhances the effectiveness and charge time!

Raising the skill level will enhance the effect of the skill.

However, not all effects are enhanced.

In the case of "Shininryu A++[Lv.8]" in the image above,

Increases the performance of its own Arts cards [Lv.8].

Increases the star concentration of Arts cards [Lv.8].

Improves Weakness Resistance

Skill with [Lv.8] in the name of its effect

Improves the performance of her Arts cards [Lv.8].

Improves the star concentration of Arts cards [Lv.8].

The two effects have been enhanced.

However,

Improved Weakness Resistance

This one does not show [Lv.8], so the effect does not change with skill level.

Furthermore, skill level up also has a change called "decrease in charge time".

Charge time is the number of turns before a skill can be used again after it has been used once.

For example, if a skill has a charge time of "7," this means that if a skill is used once in battle, it will be 7 turns before the same skill can be used again.

When a skill is raised from "Lv.5 to Lv.6" or "Lv.9 to Lv.10," this charge time is reduced by one.

So if you raise a skill to Lv.10, the charge time is reduced by 2 compared to when the skill was at Lv.1.

The standard skill levels are 1, 6, and 10!

Ideally, all skill levels should be at Lv. 10, since the higher the skill level, the stronger the effect of the skill and the charge time.

However, many of the materials used to strengthen skills are precious, especially the limited number of "Lore Crystals" that must be used to increase from Lv. 9 to Lv. 10.

Therefore, you should consider how far to raise the level of each skill.

If it is too difficult to reach Lv.10, one option is to stop at Lv.6.

Raising the level from Lv.5 to Lv.6 decreases the charge time by one turn, so you can re-use the skill one turn earlier than when it is up to Lv.5.

Skills that you want to use several times in one battle can be used more easily by raising them to at least Lv.6.

For Servants who do not rely on skills, it is OK to use them at Lv.1 without raising the skill level.

Skills that have extremely long charge times and are difficult to reuse, as well as skills whose effects are not linked to their level, such as evasion and invincibility, also have a low priority for skill enhancement.

Consult with the Servant's performance and your Servant's fighting style to find the optimal skill level.

Conclusion

Skill enhancement uses valuable materials, so find the optimal skill level!

Here is a summary of all things related to "Skill Enhancement!

Skill enhancement requires valuable enhancement materials!

To strengthen skills, go to "Menu" -> "Strengthen" -> "Strengthen Servant Skill".

You will need reinforcement materials and QP.

The effect and charge time are enhanced at the skill level!

Some skills can be leveled up to enhance their effects.

When you increase the skill level from "Lv.5 to Lv.6" and "Lv.9 to Lv.10", the charge time will be decreased by 1.

The standard skill levels are 1, 6, and 10!

It is extremely difficult to raise all skills to the strongest Lv.10. Depending on the need of the skill, you may choose to raise it to Lv.6, where the charge time is reduced by 1, for the time being.

There are also Servants for whom Skill Lv. 1 is sufficient, such as those whose effects are not enhanced.

Consult with the Servant's performance and fighting style to find the optimal skill level. (Shon Kobayashi)
