Commemorating the release of her first album "Beginning! Close report on "Moena Tomoeyama, short-term job in Tower Records Akihabara Store☆"!

Singer Mona Tomoyama held "Mona Tomoyama, Short-term Job in Tower Records Akihabara Store☆" on January 14, 2019, to celebrate the release of her first album "Beginning". She enjoyed interacting with fans who came to the site.

In March 2014, Ms. Tomoeyama debuted under the name "Monna" as a singer in charge of singing for the popular anime and game "Aikatsu! Since her graduation in 2016, she has been actively pursuing her career as a solo singer and as a member of "Re:versed," a project under a different name, releasing the theme song "Ichika Hachika" for the TV drama "Kaket Kegurui-".

His album "Beginning," released on January 9, is his first original album, featuring songs created during his two-year solo career. In addition to five original songs, some of which were produced in collaboration with manga artists and illustrators, the album also includes "Ichika Hachika," which was released under the name "Re:versed," as a bonus track. It is a single album containing all of the current "Moena Tomoeyama".

For this event held to commemorate the release of such a memorable first album, Ms. Tomoeyama took on the challenge of a short-term part-time job at Tower Records. As a store clerk, she guided customers around the merchandise section, shook hands with those who purchased the album, and handed out Tower Records original bonus postcards with her autograph on them.

The event was attended not only by many male and female fans, but also by children who have been supporting the show since the "Aikatsu! It was evident that Tomoeyama is loved by people of all ages and genders.

Tomoe-san jumped out in front of his fans with great energy and couldn't help but smile at the enthusiastic welcome he received. He was unintentionally moved when he saw the display in the store!

The display centering on "Beginning" was created by a female staff member who is a big fan of Tomoeyama's. (She was not at the store that day, as she was attending a coming-of-age ceremony.) The accompanying portrait illustration was also surprisingly handmade. The illustrations were also handmade. Fans who came to the store were impressed by the loving way they were made, with comments related to Ms. Tomoeyama's voice, and took commemorative photos.

─ ─ Thank you for your hard work! Please give us your impressions of today's event.

Tomoeyama: It was fun. I didn't expect so many people to come to my first part-time job at Tower Records (laughs). There was so much love!

─ ─ What was particularly memorable for you?

Tomoeyama: At the Tower Records Akihabara store, we linked Moena Tomoeyama and "Aikatsu! CDs next to each other, and they gave their impressions of not only "Beginning," but also of the "Aikatsu! I was impressed by the way he wrote his impressions of the songs and the key points of the songs, and I did not expect such a big expansion.

I heard that the person in charge of the corner is a big fan of Tomoeyama-san.

Tomoeyama: That's right. He even drew a portrait of me. At first I saw the photo on Twitter and was so impressed that I immediately told everyone around me, "Look, look! I was so moved that I immediately said to everyone around me, "Look, look! I couldn't meet (the person in charge) today, but I would like to meet him someday.

─ By the way, what kind of part-time jobs have you had in the past, Tomoeyama-san?

Tomoeyama: Today is my first time working in a CD shop, but I have worked in restaurants most of the time. I also worked at a lunch box shop. I had to switch the microphone for a rice scoop (laughs).

───I remember Ichigo's house was also a bento shop. That also has a connection with "Aikatsu! has a connection with "Aikatsu!

Tomoeyama: Yes, it really does (laughs).

─ ─ Today, many of you have been fans since "Aikatsu! Today, there were many people who said they had been fans since the "Aikatsu! What do "Aikatsu!" fans mean to you?

Tomoeyama: They are too important for words. I have been able to continue singing because of the fans who have always supported me. One of the characters I was in charge of singing loved singing, and there was a scene where she said, "From now on, I will walk my own path," so it is not that I will create the future, but I would like to walk the path of "Moena Tomoeyama" with my fans from now on.

─ Your album "Beginnig" has become an album that is very satisfying to listen to, hasn't it? Could you tell us again what we can expect to hear on the album?

Tomoeyama: I hope you will listen to all the songs many times. It is an album that contains the history of the two years I have been active as singer Moena Tomoeyama, and it is a bridge that I have been building since I was in charge of singing for "Aikatsu! The songs "Home again" and "Stargazer Diary" are filled with my love of singing and allow me to always go back to my roots. Also, "Ichi ka ha haka," which became the OP of the TV drama "Kake Kegurui" last year, is a song that I sang in the "Aikatsu! I think I was able to utilize the color of expression that I gained as a singer for the TV drama "Aikatsu! I hope you enjoy the gap in expression between my previous works and this one.

Also, the last song, "A.," which was recorded during the recording of the "Aikatsu! I met Mito of Clammbon, who has supported me through the recording of "Aikatsu!" songs, and all the songs are connected to the fans who have supported me and my history.

─ ─ You signed an apron at the end of the exhibition. This apron will be displayed in the store, right?

Tomoeyama: That's right. This is the first time I have signed an apron, so I am very happy! It will be on display at Tower Records Akihabara in the future, so I hope you will come and see it, take a picture of it, and upload it on SNS.

─ ─ Finally, what are your goals for 2019?

Tomoeyama: I would like to bring to you the colors of Moena Tomoeyama that we have built up in 2018 in a more intense way!
