The 2019 winter anime "Mob Psycho 100 II" will hold the world's fastest advance screening of episodes 4 and 5 with Setsuo Ito & Akira Ishida on stage!

An advance screening event for episodes 4 and 5 of the TV anime "Mob Psycho 100 II," which is currently airing on TOKYO MX and other stations, is to be held.

Mob Psycho 100" is an anime work based on a web manga serialized in Manga One by ONE, known for "One Pan Man". It depicts a clumsy junior high school student who tries to seal off his psychic powers and live a normal life, but ends up encountering a phony psychic, evil spirits, and a mysterious organization. The original work was completed last December, and the last 16 volumes were released on July 19. The first TV anime season aired in 2016, directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa of "Death Parade," with series composition by Koji Seko of "Ajin," character design by Yoshimichi Kameda, animation director of "One-Pan Man," music by Kenji Kawai of "Ghost in the Shell," and production by Bones. The staff from the first season will continue to work on the second season.

An advance screening event for episodes 4 & 5 will be held on January 31 to coincide with the broadcast of the main story. In addition to enjoying episode 5 on the big screen at the world's fastest speed, a talk show by the main cast will be held after the screening. Setsuo Ito, who plays Shigeo Kageyama, and Akira Ishida, who plays Keiji Mogami, will be the guests and will talk about various topics. Tickets for this event will be available at Ticket Pia from 10:00 on January 24 (Thu.).

The Blu-ray and DVD of "Mob Psycho 100 II" will consist of six volumes, each containing two episodes (only one volume contains three episodes), and Vol. 1 will include a lottery ticket for an advance purchase of event tickets as an initial bonus. The first edition of all volumes will come with an outer case newly drawn by character designer Yoshimichi Kameda, a digipak with liner notes, and a bonus CD featuring the popular "Shiochu Broadcasting Club" soundtrack, newly recorded by the Shiochu Broadcasting Club. The Blu-ray and DVD will be released in April 2019.
