TV anime "Wasted by High School Girls" announces first cast members including Chinatsu Akasaki, Haruka Tomatsu, and Aki Toyosaki.

The first cast member has been announced for the upcoming animated TV series, "Wasteful Manipulations of a High School Girl.

This anime is based on Bino's manga serialized in Comic Newtype. Tanaka (a.k.a. Baka), who is a bit of an underachiever, Kikuchi (a.k.a. Otaku), who is devoted to BL, and Sagimiya (a.k.a. Robo), a brilliant girl with no facial expression. This daily comedy depicts the interactions of three slightly unfortunate high school girls.

The cast announced this time consists of six members. The cast announced today includes Chinatsu Akasaki, Haruka Tomatsu, Aki Toyosaki, Maria Naganawa, Miu Tomita, and Riyo Takahashi.

According to the original character information, Chinatsu Akasaki will play the role of Nozomi Tanaka (a.k.a. Baka), a troubled girl who is a little underdeveloped; Haruka Tomatsu will play Akane Kikuchi (a.k.a. Otaku), who is devoted to BL; Aki Toyosaki will play Shiori Sagimiya (a.k.a. Robo), an expressionless girl genius; Maria Naganawa will play Sakiku Momoi, a good girl but in rebellious phase. (Miku Tomita plays Minami Yamamoto (a.k.a. Yamai), a severely chunibi-afflicted Minami, and Riie Takahashi plays the honor student Kanade Kazunade (a.k.a. Majime).
