2019 Spring Anime "Hitoribito no XXX Life" Adds Kana Ichinose and Yoshimi Obara to Cast

Additional cast members have been announced for the TV anime "Hitori Bokuchi no XX Life" scheduled to air this spring.

The story is a comedy about a lonely girl who "gets out" of being lonely, written by Katsuo of "Mitsuboshi Colors," which is currently serialized in "Comic Dengeki Daiouji". The main character, Ichiribotchi, who is extremely shy, makes a promise to her childhood friend: "If I don't become friends with everyone in my class by the time I graduate from junior high school, I'll never see them again! The story is about the struggle to make friends in order to keep the promise he made to his childhood friend.
The production staff includes director Takefumi Anzai, series composition and script by Juki Hanada, and character design and chief animation director Kie Tanaka. Animation production will be handled by C2C.

Additional cast members include Kana Ichinose as Kako Kurai a.k.a. "Kako," a member of the public morals committee who refuses to make friends, and Yoshimi Obara as Kai Yawara a.k.a. "Kai," the main character Bocchi's best friend from elementary school. Kana Ichinose plays the role of Kako Kai, and Yoshimi Obara plays the role of Kai Yawara, Bocchi's best friend from elementary school. Kana Ichinose
I thought the work was a combination of extraordinarily cute and exquisitely comical. I love the clumsy but friend-oriented and hard-working Bokuchi-chan and the daily life created by everyone with rich personalities and kindness. I will do my best to play the role of Kurai-Kako-chan. Please enjoy the healing and cute daily life.

Yoshimi Obara
I was shocked that Kai Yawara, the girl I play, abandons Bokuchi until she makes friends with him, but I was fascinated by her as a kind childhood friend who continues to secretly watch over him. It is a dusty story that makes you want to support Bokuchi with a gentle feeling as you read it, and I am very much looking forward to watching these girls in action now. I look forward to seeing them in action.

■Kakko Kurai (CV: Kana Ichinose)
A member of the public morals committee. Her motto is "disorderly body is disorderly public morals. She has a policy of not making friends, and her goal is to become a strong person who can live on her own. But in fact, he is surprisingly weak. She wants to learn more about the way Bokuchi thinks.

Kai Hachihara (CV: Yoshimi Obara)
Bocchi's best friend from elementary school. She has a cheerful personality and can talk openly with anyone. Worried about the fact that he will be alone in junior high school, she made a promise to him that unless he makes friends with everyone in his class by the time he graduates, they will never see each other again. He is always thinking about Bokuchi.
