Sega Games' popular online RPG "Phantasy Star Online 2" (PSO2) is currently holding "PSO2 Arcs Cafe 2019" in collaboration with the dessert buffet chain Sweets Paradise. The event will run until Tuesday, March 5.

PSO2 is a free-to-play online RPG developed and operated by Sega Games, the latest title and legitimate successor to the "PSO" series, which laid the foundation for online RPGs. Players become a member of the "Arks," a survey team belonging to the interplanetary navigation fleet "Oracle," and head out to investigate various planets. The game features automatically generated maps, events that occur unexpectedly, and multi-party areas that can be played by up to 12 players simultaneously, allowing players to enjoy adventures full of surprises with a constant sense of freshness.

In addition, players can enjoy easy-to-use, strategic and highly customizable action in battles against the protozoa, mechanics, and space life forms called Darkers that appear on each planet. In addition, players can create their own alter egos using the more advanced Character Creator. With simple and intuitive operations, anyone can create a unique character that is one-of-a-kind in this world.

PSO2 Arcs Cafe 2019, a collaboration cafe between this title and the dessert buffet chain Sweets Paradise, is currently being held in Tokyo, Osaka, and Aichi!　The "PSO2 Arcs Cafe 2019" is a renewal of the "PSO2 Arcs Cafe" that was popular in the past. New "PSO2" original menus, novelties, and a new challenge menu featuring the "Erythron Dragon" raid boss are now available!　In addition, there is a "puzzle-solving game" to be enjoyed in the restaurant and a souvenir (with souvenir) menu that comes with Lappy's "shimmering glass".

At the tasting event for the media, DJ Nayuki Amano, who has made a spectacular transition from idol to DJ and who claims to love "PSO2" more than three meals a day, tried the collaboration menu as a guest!　Amano devoured the dishes with a mouthwatering appetite, but the challenge menu "Red Evil Dragon" weighed a whopping 2 kg (!?!)! However, when she tasted the "Red Evil Dragon's Hot and Spicy Bean Curd," which weighed 2 kg (!?), she was so spicy that she reached for her "Rapid Drink" at one point.

Q: What would you recommend when eating together?
A: If everyone eats together, I would have to say "Benkijiryu no Gekkoho Ma-po Tofu" (Red Spicy Bean Curd). It weighs 2 kg, so I think it is fun to eat it with about four people. It is a large portion, so even those who like spicy food will have a hard time eating it all by themselves (laughs).

Q: What would you recommend for men and women?
A: The menu item I recommend for men is "Sierra's Twin Tail Carbonara. I think many men like Sierra, so I can eat Sierra's twin-tail and recommend it (laughs). The Carbonara itself was also very tasty, with the pasta having a chewy texture and the carbonara sauce well mixed with it. I recommend the "Dark Phallus [Mask] Dessert Plate" for women. I think it is a great menu item for women, as they can enjoy Mont Blanc and fondant chocolat at the same time.

Q: Which of the novelties are you interested in?
A: The coasters are Sierra wearing a pastry apron and the coaster of "Puso Ni-ni-Komi," an anime that started the other day. For bookmarks, I want Annette, who is my favorite character.

Q: Are there any item codes that you are after?
A: Of course, the "Suipara Pose" lobby action. But I also want to get the lobby action from the past "PSO2 Arcs Café," which I was unable to get.

PSO2 Arcs Cafe is a space where you are surrounded by your friends. I think it is a great place to enjoy collaboration menus of the same content in the same space with people you don't know.
