A new three-sided art box illustration drawn by character designer Katsushoshin Nakatsuru has been released for the "Digimon Frontier Blu-ray BOX," which will be released on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.

Takuya Kanbara, a fifth grader, receives a mysterious e-mail on his cell phone on his younger brother's birthday that says "a game to decide the future" and together with Izumi Orimoto, Junpei Shibayama, and Tomoki Himi, travels through the digital world with Bocomon, Nemon, and a mysterious boy named Teruji Gen. The story of their adventures is depicted in the film.

The three-sided art box illustration newly drawn by character designer Katsusho Nakatsuru for the "Digimon Frontier Blu-ray BOX," which will be released on April 2, 2019 (Tuesday), has been revealed.

Digimon Frontier

<STORY
Takuya Kanbara, a fifth grader, receives a mysterious e-mail on his cell phone on his younger brother's birthday that says "a game to decide the future.
Intuitively sensing something in the message, Takuya heads for the station as instructed.
On the way there, Takuya and a mysterious boy who received the same text message board a mysterious underground train.
In addition to Takuya, three other children, Izumi Omoto, Junpei Shibayama, and Tomoki Himi, are also on the train.
Soon the train arrives at the Digital World, an alternate world.
The train was actually a Digimon named Trailmon.
Takuya was chosen by the sleeping Spirit of Fire at the destination and "Spirit Evolved" into Agnimon, a flame fighter.
Takuya gains the ability to evolve into a Digimon and becomes one of the legendary Ten Fighters.
Thus begins an adventure through the Digital World with Izumi, Junpei, and Tomoki, as well as Bocomon and Nemon, and the mysterious boy, Teruji Gen.
