2019 Spring Anime "Cinderella Nine in August" to air from April on TV Tokyo, AT-X, etc! Episode 1 will be previewed at the 2nd live show!

The broadcast start date and stations for the TV anime "Cinderella Nine in August" have finally been announced.

The anime is based on "Cinderella Nine in August," an interactive youth baseball game by Akatsuki and KADOKAWA (for both iOS and Android), which was the No. 1 free download on iOS in 2017 and has a total download count of over 1.5 million. In the game, the player takes on the role of a high school girl manager leading a girls' baseball team in a story based on the themes of adolescence, high school girls, and high school baseball, and aims for the "Koshien" (the National High School Baseball Championship) while coaching and training the team members.
The anime production staff consists of Susumu Kudo, director of "Ghost in the Shell: ARISE border:4 Ghost Stands Alone" and "Minami Kamakura High School Girls Bicycle Club"; Hitoshi Tanaka, series director of "Go! Princess Pretty Cure" and "Yuru Canpu! The animation is produced by TMS Entertainment, Inc. Animation production will be handled by TMS Entertainment.

Broadcasting will begin in April 2019 on TV Tokyo, AT-X, and other stations. Prior to the broadcast, the first episode of the TV anime will be shown at the 2nd live concert "Hachisama 2 Hachinai Spring LIVE 2019" to be held at Yamano Hall (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) on April 6 (Sat). Tickets for this live are currently being accepted by lottery, and please check the event's official website for ticket reservations.

The first episode of the TV anime will be shown at the 2nd live "Hachisama 2 Hachinai Spring LIVE 2019" on April 6 (Sat) before the broadcast!
