Meibii's "To the Beasts Who Were Once Gods" will be adapted into a TV anime in 2019.

Once to the Beasts That Were Gods" is a dark fantasy manga serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine (Kodansha).
The story is about a "pseudo-god soldier," a deformed soldier who has shed his human form and contributed to the end of a long war. They are unable to fit in with the peaceful world, and gradually come to be treated coldly as "beasts. This is a story about beasts that were once called gods.

The cast of the anime has also been announced. Katsuyuki Konishi will play the role of Hank and Ai Kakuma will play the role of Shirl.

The production staff was also revealed.
