In this particular industry where weekends are busy, it was probably a good thing that the event was a reunion of sorts. This was a special day. Before the show began, I was reminded of how special Milky Holmes was.

What is Milky Holmes's unique characteristic as a "voice actor unit"?

The stage is always bright, fun, and full of smiles. The stage direction and composition are full of entertainment value that goes beyond the framework of a normal live performance. And their stoic performances, backed up by their experience and practice. This is my personal image of the group.

Ever since their activities as a voice actor unit began to attract attention, I have sensed a strong motivation among the members to do something interesting that they would not normally do in a live performance! I have felt a strong motivation from the members to do something interesting that they would not normally do at a live concert. From the first Budokan in 2012 onward, Milky Holmes' live performances have been increasingly surprising with new and large-scale productions, such as flying through the air, making mochi (rice cakes) on stage, and beating taiko drums.

At the same time, the high quality of Milky Holmes as live performers is often overlooked. At "Milky Holmes Final Live Q.E.D.," Milky appeared on stage with the well-known avant-garde music and said, "There is only one correct answer! There is no one right answer! Nazo! Happiness!" Happiness!" and "Biyond the Milky Way" in rapid succession. The group continued with "Yokohama's number one detective, Milky Holmes! and a short enthusiastic "Let's make today the best day of our lives!

It is not an easy task to sing such a setlist while dancing with a headset. The Milky Holmes of today are able to pull it off without a hint of breathlessness and with a smile on their faces. Of course, it is not realistic to expect the four members to dance nonstop throughout the entire live performance. The structure of connecting solo stages in which each of the four members show their individuality was created as Milky's set list was refined. Leading the way at this year's Budokan was Tokui's "SU☆PA☆PA☆Star. The way the dancers were flying through the air on the wire was an expression of Milky's determination to do something fun.

Ms. Sasaki's beautiful and musical voice in "Heroine Tantei Monogatari". Mimori's beautiful and musical voice in "Great Predecessor Oh, Hero! wearing fighting gloves, danced like a Muay Thai wai ku, and choreographed like a boxercise routine. Ms. Tachibana's "Forbidden Sanctuary" with blue roses is a world that only she can create. The live performance so far reminded me of the "Live Milky Holmes Autumn Sports Day" held on September 19, 2015. The concept of "Dai Undokai" was good, and in my opinion, it was the best live performance by Milky Holmes, who established their current style. However, if it was the last live, I hoped that they would surpass that day.

The middle part of the live, "Reflection," "Overdrive! Victory no Kizuna" was a lineup filled with Milky's cool side, especially the strength of the four standing with their fists raised in "Victory no Kizuna," the intense dancing to the piano melodies and squealing guitars, and the quartet of singing voices that seemed to burst with energy in the choruses were a highlight.

Up to this point, the stage showed what Milky Holmes has reached now. From this point on, the performance was like a retrospective of the history of Milky Holmes.

The four members sang "Futari wa Milky Holmes" OP "Gurory Guroryin☆DAYS," a call to arms for the "two" main characters of the work. Milky-san! Wait a minute! Aimi-san and Ito-san appeared with the words, "Two are Feathers! and "Six Milky Holmes Sisters! and "Six Milky Holmes Sisters! Many fans may not know Kobayashi Opera, played by Shuta Morishima, in real time. Satomi Akezaka showed us the latest appearance, not of the past. Her song "Brilliant Wish - Brilliant Desire" is from her 2017 album "Yokohama Koshinkyoku." Ms. Akezaka appeared on stage singing cutely in the image of Henriette, the student council president of Holmes Detective Academy, and halfway through the song, she took off her costume and changed into a black dress, transforming into Arsene the Phantom Thief. In the chorus, Henriette and Arsene dueted, perhaps for the first and last time. Aino Nanjo sang "Kokorono Eden. Her beautiful and quiet singing was different from the usual boisterous image of KOI Akechi, but this was the first time KOI sang in the special anime "Tantei Opera Milky Holmes Summer Special: Sayonara, KOI-chan. Long Goodbye Forever...". Looking back fondly on the 10 years she spent with Milky, Nanjo murmured, "I hope this relationship will continue..." It was memorable.

The last song of the live, which condensed the time and relationship Milky Holmes has spent together, was "Bye Bye Ale! The last song of the live was "Bye Bye Ale! The lyrics of the song, which depicted Milky Holmes flapping her wings to the next stage with the biggest smile on her face, seemed as if it had been prepared for the last live performance of the day. With colorful tapes flying in the sky, Yotsutsu's singing voice and smiling faces united into one, making for an unbeatable sight.

Always cheerful, always happy, always smiling until the end. The image of Milky Holmes as a unit made it difficult to decide how to end the show. At the beginning of encore, there was an emotional video that looked back Milky's past, but it was cut off in the middle of the video by an effect that made the CRT disappear with a crash, and they went into the happiest towel song "Milky Attack". I think this performance was not only to hide their embarrassment that "Naniwabushi" does not suit Milky, but also to express their gratitude and affection in the most direct way, starting with "Thank you, thank you, thank you for meeting me" in the latter half of the song.

The four members also looked as if they did not know what kind of expressions to put on their faces, with a mixture of elated tension, joy, and loneliness from the great live performance. However, the atmosphere seemed to change when Mr. Sasaki was the first one to speak during the "Letter Reading" section. In her letter, she expressed her gratitude, love, anxiety, and sadness without hiding them. As Mr. Sasaki walked dejectedly to the three people who had heard his words, Ms. Tachibana's back straightened and she said, "Come! and waited for them with his arms outstretched to embrace them. Calling the past 10 years a treasure, Tokui-san thanked "Milky Holmes" and the fans for giving him the best family and the best life.
