The essential and universal appeal of Bem Bella Bero's "strength," "straightforwardness," and "sadness" as she lives in hiding in the darkness remains intact, but the powerful staff and cast have renewed the stage and character settings to create a completely new humanoid monster Bem, the new "BEM" animation.

Directed by Yoshinori Odaka, series composition by Atsuhiro Tomioka, character design by Renji Murata, character design by Masakazu Sunagawa, and animation production by Landock Studio. Production I.G will be in charge of planning and project cooperation.
