In commemoration of the 15th anniversary of P.O.P One Piece series, the long-awaited high quality figure of the Navy Headquarters Colonel "Hina of the Black Cage" is now available!

Since her first appearance in the Alabasta Arc, the "Oriori no Nana" has stood in front of Luffy and his friends at every turn, including the Marine Ford Summit War.

Since he has not been active as a central character in the story, he has not had much of a chance to be sculpted, but now he has been sculpted in time for the P.O.P. Memorial Year!
