2019 Summer Anime "The Demon King, Retry!" will air in July! First Key Visual & Special Report Revealed!

The TV anime adaptation of "Maou-sama, Retry! will be broadcast from July 2019.

The series was originally published on the online novel submission site "Shosetsu-ka-no Naro" (Novelist's Letter). is a light novel by Kuroon Kanzaki that has been published on the online novel submission site "Shosetsu-kaerou," with a total PV of over 63 million. A popular work that won the Gold Prize at the 5th Internet Novel Award, it is a fantasy about a normal working man who is mistakenly believed to be a normal person on the inside while he appears to be a Demon King.
Currently published by Monster Bunko (published by Futabasha), the series is also being published as comics under the Bunko's comic book label, Monster Comics. A new edition was released by M Novels (Futabasha) on October 22, 2018. The new edition includes the TV anime "Hanebado! The first key visual, which was released in conjunction with the decision of the broadcast date, depicts Aku, a girl persecuted in her village and sacrificed to a demon, Luna Elegant, a selfish saint, and Hakuto Kuuchi. A special trailer was also released in which the voices of the three characters can be heard. Kenjiro Tsuda plays the role of Hakuto Kuuchi, Kanon Takao plays the role of Aku, and Natsuori Ishihara plays the role of Luna Elegant. Cast comments have also arrived.

The main staff of the anime was also announced at the same time: the director is Hiroshi Kimura of "Haitai Nanaha," the series composition is by Ouka Tanizaki, who made her debut as a novelist in 2007 with "Vexille: my winding road," the character design is by Tomoyo Nakayama, and the animation production is by EKACHI EPILKA of "Tread Time EKACHI EPILKA will be in charge of animation production.

When I heard about the audition, I came across the story and read the original work. I expected it to be scary or horrifying because of the title "The Devil King," but I was betrayed in a good way when I found out that there were not only cool parts, but also many good points and interesting parts! Luna, the girl I am in charge of, is a strong and cute girl. I am looking forward to seeing her interaction with the Demon King and Aku-chan, as she is a very emotional girl who changes her facial expression every now and then.

<Introduction
