PS4 "CRYSTAR - Crystar" will be released in Asian editions with Chinese mangled characters and Korean support!

Frew announced today that "CRYSTAR" for PS4 will be released on April 18 in Asian countries with Chinese mangled characters and Korean language support.

CRYSTAR" is a completely new ARPG for PS4, the first of its kind for FREW, which offers an emotional story of "crying and fighting" based on the catchy theme of "a girl's tears". In this ARPG, the main character, Zero Hatada, fights his way through the afterlife of "Hengoku" in order to bring his dead sister, Mirai Hatada, back to "Yomigaeri".

The scenario was written by Naoki Kuya, character design by Riichi, character modeling lead by ntny, insert illustrations by Hajime Ueda, and background music by Delete. The opening animation was produced by Shaft, and the theme song is sung by Yanaginagi, adding to the world view of the work.

The Asian version of "CRYSTAR" will be released in Chinese mangled characters and Korean on April 18 in Asian countries! Arc System Works, Inc. will be in charge of sales of the Asian version of the game, which will also include a digital deluxe edition with luxurious extras and a limited edition packaged version. The theme song and ending theme will be sung by Yanaginagi (Japanese lyrics) for the Asian version as well.

Unfortunately, there are no plans to release the Asian version in Japan.
