A live space of dreams and chaos that can be realized because "anything goes"! The new project "Bushiroad DJ LIVE" has gone wild!

Bushiroad DJ LIVE, a new event with the concept of Bushiroad x voice actors/artists x DJs, was held at SOUND MUSEUM VISION in Shibuya on Sunday, December 30, 2018.

The live house, where a DJ booth was set up on the stage, was packed with more than 500 spectators and was a great success. Bangle lights (glowing bangles) were distributed to the visitors, who swayed their bodies and pumped their fists in the air in time to the music, an atmosphere that is only possible at a DJ event.

First, Naoki Yoshida, an anime-loving announcer from Nippon Broadcasting System, appeared as the opening act and demonstrated an ani-song DJ on stage.

The first song he played was "Nekkaze Kairiku Bushiroad - Hot Roar (HyperEuro Version)! Thinking back, Milky Holmes' Euro version of this song may have started the trend of units singing Bushiroad songs beyond the boundaries of their works. Next came a number of anime songs that everyone knows, such as fripSide's "only my railgun" and Roselia's "BLACK SHOUT," which transformed the tension in the venue into the unique world of DJ LIVE. Yoshida Anna embodied a sense of "anything goes" as long as it was within the context of a DJ event, such as stirring up the PPPH of the audience with "Star Divine" by the Starlight 99 group and dancing around in front of the stage to Nana Mizuki's "DISCOTHEQUE.

Four groups of nine performers had been announced for this event, but it was a surprise appearance by Azuki Shibuya of i☆Ris, aka "DJ Zutto," who suddenly blew that slot out of the water. She sang the theme song of "Haiyore! Nyaruko-san" theme song "Taiyo yo Kuyoyo Kaosu" which she herself said she loved. Please enjoy today! The composition of Roselia's "Legendary", Rummy Labyrinth's "Wing of Image", and Arisaki Ichigaya's "Su, I don't like you! by Arisaki Ichigaya, was just like a "Bushiroad" DJ live.
Shibuya-san danced around the stage while playing "Milky 100 World" and introduced the i☆Ris song "Dream Parade" with full of energy! While the audience was waiting for the song, Shibuya was on a rampage by scratching the chorus and stirring up the audience in front of the stage! It was not fair that he lightly showed i☆Ris-like dance moves during the song! After all, it was her. He even pretended to conduct gracefully during "Hoshi no Dialogue" from "Girls☆Play Revue Starlight".

I would like to ask this person to sing next! He called out to the audience, "I would like to have this person sing next! He sang "Serendipity," the theme song of "Flip Floppers" and other songs, and the tension was so high that the audience started to sing "I Want to Fall in Love Even if I Have a Chunibyo Disease! OP "Sparkling Daydream"! As the intro music played, the sense of anticipation that had begun to overflow exploded, and it was a moment when the power of anime songs could be felt. When Shibuya sang one phrase before the chorus, the audience became one and got excited, warming up the venue in a way that only an experienced DJ could do.

When the atmosphere was completely created, voice actors Yuka Ozaki and Rimi Nishimoto appeared on stage to perform "Yes! Rimis Nishimoto was almost the only one to perform "Bandoli-! songs such as "Yes! The image of her singing as Rimi Ushigome with her cute character voice was strong, but the fact that Rimi Nishimoto, the vocalist, was the main performer on stage made me glad that I came to see the show! I was so glad I came to see her. The audience's chorus of oohohs and aahs during "Time Lapse" was so loud that it made me realize once again that this song could be performed so well at a live music club.

Ms. Ozaki performed her solo debut song "LET'S GO JUMP☆. Ms. Nishimoto added to the cute and energetic stage presence with a sprinkling of flower confetti. Ms. Nishimoto took out a chocolate coronet and sang, of course, "My heart is a chocolate coronet" from "Bandolier! My Heart is a Choco Coronet" from "Bandolier! Ozaki, ZAQ, and the audience joined in shouting "Choco coronet! The audience and Ozaki and ZAQ joined in shouting "Choco Coronet!

Mr. Ozaki's turn was again followed by "Anima Ale! theme song "Jump Up↑Yale! ! Ms. Nishimoto and Mr. ZAQ and others cheered the audience with pompons in a cheerleading style. It was interesting to hear the audience's wild cheers and ZAQ's gruff rap mixed together to make the song sound like a different song. DJ Tsunko-san, dressed as a maid, was in charge of DJing this part of the show, but there were also scenes where Ozaki-san and Nishimoto-san tried their hand at DJing. During the stage, Ms. Nishimoto (at the timing of this song) started eating choco coronets stiffly and occasionally mumbled "choco coronet~," which was quite amusing, as if she was mashing up the song live. It was a skillful composition that led to the phrase "I'm full of sweets" from "After School Cheerful☆Girl," a character song for Ms. Ozaki's character "Kohane Hatoya," which was a perfect example of a mash-up.

Personally, I was struck by lightning when I heard the song "I can't stop the excitement, w" by Pink Sprout, a unit within the "Digital Cardfight Triple Monsters" series. I was very happy to see the affection for this song gently tucked away on the stage where two of the three original members were present.

At the end of the stage, Nishimoto-san and Ozaki-san wore nikkyu gloves. As if in response to the enthusiasm, ZAQ shouted the phrase "Welcome to Welcome to Japari Park! and then they launched into "Welcome to Japari Park," the theme song of the anime "Kemono Friends," and the audience was already in a festive mood. The audience was already in a festive mood when they launched into "Welcome to Japari Park," the theme song of the anime "Kemono Friends. and ZAQ shouted Oishi's part.

The next part of the stage was for voice actors Boki Risa, Otsuka Sae, and Kurachi Reiho. First up was "Bandolier! Bohki, who is a DJ in the third band "RAISE A SUILEN," was the focus of much attention as a venue for DJing by herself. Then, speaking of RAISE A SUILEN keyboardist Kurachi and Poppin'Party lead guitarist Otsuka, they are two people who show intense and passionate action while playing their instruments in their respective bands.

Kurachi, who usually plays the keyboard and shows unbelievably violent movements, went even more wild with the microphone during "That Is How I Roll! The keyboards and guitars on stage were also a highlight of the show, with Kurachi-san and Otsuka-san performing together. The lively expression on Mr. Otsuka's face and the way he played with such intensity while actually playing the guitar on stage showed that he is one with the guitar in his bones. When Mr. Boki was playing "Butter-Fly," Mr. Otsuka appeared to be enjoying the stage at his own pace, as he stepped out in front of the stage with a golden confetti ...... and sprinkled gold confetti on the stage.

What made me happy and surprised was that Mr. Otsuka was performing the "Bandolier! Hanazono Tae's character song "Hanazono Denki Guitar! I was happy to hear Otsuka-san perform the character song "Hanazono Denki Guitar!

After a lively performance as DJ, Mr. Boushi sang, and now Mr. Otsuka and Ms. Kurachi took over the role of enlivening the stage. When Mr. Boki sang "Sorairo Days," the OP of "Gurren Lagann," Mr. Kurachi played the keyboard and Mr. Otsuka played the guitar, creating a lively atmosphere. The last number by the three was "Tokimeki Experience" from "Bandolier! Tokimeki Experience" from "Bandolier! The main parts were performed by Kurachi and Boki, with Otsuka on guitar and chorus. The audience sang along with the song, which was a unique combination for this one day only, and happily led the audience to the next performer.

The next star of the show was the adult duo of voice actress Izumi Tachibanada and singer Raychell. The gorgeousness of their looks was even more apparent on this stage. The girls launched into "Hyper Mirkiiaaa" as they appeared on stage! This was followed by Raychell herself singing "UNSTOPPABLE" by RAISE A SUILEN, an unusual lineup that could only be performed by a DJ live. The sight of Mr. Tachibanada's signature whip swinging on stage with Ms. Raychell was a performance unique to this event.

The two songs that showed the potential of DJ Live were "Don't be afraid!" by Glitter*Green and "Otome ♡ Crisis," sung by Ms. Tachibana as Milky's Cordelia Glauca. Don't be afraid!" was sung by the four cast members of Milky Holmes as Grigori, the band they played in "Bandolieri! The Milky Holmes voice-over unit had just performed their last live at the Nippon Budokan on January 28 this year. That is why I was very happy to see Ms. Tachibana singing this song in a setting that had nothing to do with either the work or the unit. It was a great pleasure for me to know that there was a possibility that I would be able to listen to the songs of Milky Holmes, Grigori, and Feathers again on stage with Ms. Tachibana. The last number of Ms. Tachibana and Mr. Raychell's stage was "There is only one right answer! Not! The last number on the stage by Tachibana and Raychell was "There is no one right answer! Once again, the stage was nothing but a climax.

The last performer was voice actors Aimi and Ami Maejima. Ms. Maejima sang "Fantastic future" by Yukari Tamura, and her idol skills were evident in her performance! Aimi's main first song "Hikaru nara" was a cover of the opening theme of the anime "April is Your Lie. The setlist for this live performance spanned many works and was in the context of a long history, but even without such prior knowledge, the smartphone app "Bandoli-Girls Band Party! Girls Band Party! smartphone app, most of the songs will be familiar to anyone who has played "Bandolier! The fact that there is a way for newcomers to share the music, while at the same time being infinitely expansive, may be a strength of Bushiroad, which has accumulated content development, including "Galpa.

Mr. Maejima declared, "I want to dance with everyone! Aimi-san danced with the audience and waved maracas to enliven the stage. Aimi hugged Maejima and said, "I love you! I love you! It was also a time when the two showed how well they get along with each other. It was impressive to see them sing "Senbonzakura" by Aimi and "Fuwafuwa Jikan" by Maejima with their unique personalities. During "Fluffy Time," Aimi said, "Super cute! Amita!" L-O-V-E!" from the stage, which made me laugh.

The last number was "Picotto! Papitto! GARPA☆ Pico!!!!" . The entire venue was united in the loudest calls and claps of the day, bringing the first DJ live performance to a close.

Finally, to summarize my personal impression of the appeal of the DJ live, I would say that as long as there is a connection between Bushiroad's music and anime songs, there is freedom and a wide range of options for any member to sing any song. The band may or may not perform. The unit members may or may not be together. The band may play a song from a disbanded unit, a different member may sing than the original vocalist, or the vocalist may or may not DJ. There is a high degree of freedom, and because of this, there are things that can only be seen at this place. The enjoyment of a space filled with freedom and chaos is something worth experiencing at least once.

The next "Bushiroad DJ LIVE vol. 2" is scheduled for April 5, 2019 at Shinkiba STUDIO COAST, and we will keep an eye on future developments, including the mysterious new project "D4DJ," which is expected to be linked to the DJ live.
