The second special trailer from "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE," the latest theatrical version of "ONE PIECE" to be released on August 9, 2019 (Friday), has been released.

The popular comic "ONE PIECE" has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump for 21 years. The comics hold the Guinness World Record as the "Most Published Comic Series by a Single Artist," with more than 440 million copies in circulation worldwide (as of July 2018). Its popularity is not limited to Japan, but transcends national borders, attracting support from a wide range of people. The TV anime began broadcasting in 1999, and the first film version was released in 2000. So far, 13 film versions have been released and the total box-office revenue of the series has reached 30 billion yen, which has excited a large number of fans.
In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the anime broadcast, "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE," the first theatrical version in three years, will be released on August 9, 2019 (Friday).

The second special report that has been released this time says, "If it weren't for the 20th anniversary, I wouldn't let you do this movie. Because it has to be fun! The film opens with a direct comment from Eiichiro Oda, the author of the original manga, who gave his stamp of approval for the film.

The stage for the film is the "World's Greatest Festival for Pirates, by Pirates, for Pirates! Pirates from all over the world, including the Straw Pirates and the worst generation of pirates, gather on an island lined with gorgeous pavilions!　The purpose of the pirates is to search for the treasure left behind by the Pirate King (Roger), the centerpiece event at the Pirate Expo. The battle for the treasure that will determine the supremacy of the age is about to begin!

The film's original characters include Douglas Barrett, a former member of Roger's Pirates and the "heir of the devil," who suddenly intervenes in the heated battle for the treasure, and the Pirate Expo organizer/pirates who invites Luffy and his friends to the Pirate Expo. Buena Festa, the organizer of the Pirate Expo who invites Luffy and his friends to the Pirate Expo, is revealed for the first time in this special report.

Festa's fearless smile, Barrett standing in front of the pirates, and the clash between Luffy and Barrett all foreshadow the fierce battles that will unfold in this theatrical version.
The illustrations released this time were drawn by Eiichiro Oda, the author of the original manga!　We can expect to see various expressions on Festa's face, as well as Barrett's note saying that his ears have been torn off, and we can't wait to see how they will interact with Luffy and his friends, and what kind of story they will tell.
