The stage "Kamen Rider Zangetsu" -Armor Gaiden-, additional after-talks are to be held! Synopsis and characters revealed!

The synopsis and characters (cast) for the first theatrical production of the Heisei Masked Rider series, "The Stage "Masked Rider Zangetsu" -Armor Gaiden-," have been released.

The stage "Masked Rider Zangetsu" is the first theatrical production of the Heisei Masked Rider series, starring Masked Rider Zangetsu, who appeared in "Masked Rider Gaimu", the 15th episode of the series that aired from October 2013 to September 2014 and still boasts overwhelming popularity today.
The stage version will also star Yuki Kubota, who portrayed Takatora Kurejima, Masked Rider Zangetsu in the "Masked Rider Armor / Gaim" TV series, and will portray a deep human drama in a new, original story that has not been depicted before.

The play will be written and directed by Nobuhiro Mori (Shonen Shachu), who also wrote the script for the TV series.
The series will be drafted and supervised by Gen Urobuchi (Nitroplus) and scripted by Jin Kouya (Nitroplus), the same staff that created "Masked Rider Armor: Gaim.

The synopsis and characters (cast) for this production have now been released.

In addition, an additional after-talk event will be held with special guests from the TV series "Masked Rider Armor: Gaim!　Expectations are high for what topics will be discussed in the crosstalk with the cast of the current show.

The Republic of Torquia is in a state of decline due to advancing poverty and endless conflict. It used to bea testing ground for Project Arkby the giant corporation Yggdrasil Corporation.Takatora Kureshima, having received information thatsomething strange is happening in the land that should have finished its role,sets foot in the Republic of Torquia for the first time in eight years, only to be attacked unexpectedly andfall into the Underground City, an underground world spreading at the bottom of ahugehole.
Underground City is the most dangerous place in the Republic of Torquia. Many boys and young men are killing each other to survive.
