SEGA Holdings announced that at the fan appreciation festival "SEGA Fest 2019" to be held at Bellesalle Akihabara in Tokyo on March 30 and 31, 2019, the opening stage "SEGA Fan Meet-Up 2019" and the 25th anniversary stage of SEGA Saturn launch, " SEGA announced that the opening stage "SEGA Fan Meet-Up 2019" and the stage "SEGA Saturn 25th Anniversary Great Thanksgiving Festival" will be held at the fan appreciation festival "SEGA Fest 2019" in Akihabara.

■Outline of "SEGA Saturn 25th Anniversary Grand Thanksgiving Event

The "SEGA Saturn 25th Anniversary Grand Thanksgiving" is a stage event commemorating the 25th anniversary of the home video game console "SEGA Saturn" released by SEGA in 1994. On stage, we will look back on the 25-year history of the Sega Saturn with people who have a connection to the Sega Saturn and people in the industry. Hiroshi Fujioka, who played the role of the promotional character "Segata Sanshiro" in TV commercials at the time, will be invited as a special guest to deliver a stage performance that will truly "hit you straight in the brain.
