Iekei Ramen "Bushouya" has been in business since March 5! Behind "Bic Camera AKIBA

Iekei Ramen "Bushouya" has been in business since Tuesday, March 5. The location is behind "Bic Camera AKIBA". It is located behind "Bic Camera AKIBA," alongside "Meat Meal Okamuraya Akihabara Store" on Akiba Tashiro Street. It is next to "Araki Shoten," a chicken and egg store.

Busyoya is a ramen specialty restaurant where you can taste Iekei ramen. The restaurant also allows customers to adjust the flavor to their liking, such as noodles (hard/normal/soft), flavor (thick/normal/light), and oil (more/normal/less), all of which are familiar to the Ieke lineage.

The restaurant's main menu items include the standard "Ramen (ordinary)" for 650 yen (including tax), the "Busho Ramen (ordinary)" (toppings: spinach (extra), nori (extra), chashu (extra), semi-mature flavored egg) for 1,000 yen (including tax), and the "X (Maru) Toku Ramen" for approximately 80 yen. The "○ (Maru) Toku Ramen (Normal)" (toppings: kujo-negi, 1 more piece of chashu pork, 2 more pieces of nori (seaweed), and a semi-mature flavored egg) is 850 yen (including tax), and the "mustard mayo chashu-don" rice dish is 250 yen (including tax).

Rice, an essential ingredient for Ie-kei Ramen, can be refilled for free. In addition, if you show your student ID card, you can get a half-boiled ajitama (seasoned egg).

Busho Ramen (ordinary) 1,000 yen (tax included)
