Comic adaptation of the anime movie "Bokura no Shichinichi Senso" (Our Seven Day War) & "Sadako-san at the End of the World" will be serialized in "Monthly Comic Gene"!

The comic adaptation and spin-off of the original novels of the anime film "Our Seven-Day War" scheduled for release in 2019 and the movie "Sadako" scheduled for release on Friday, May 24, 2019, will be serialized in the manga magazine Monthly Comic Gene (released on the 15th of every month).

To commemorate this year's film adaptations of both works, a comic adaptation of the original novels and a spin-off work will be serialized in the manga magazine "Monthly Comic Gene" (released on the 15th of every month).


The comic adaptation of "Bokura no Shichinichi Senso" (original story: Osamu Soda, character design: Shin Hashimoto) will be written by Aoko Sasaki of "Jingai CP Katarogu. (original story: Osamu Soda, character original story: Shin Hashimoto). The world of the original work, which has sold more than 20 million copies and has been loved for many years, is depicted with a gentle touch.

Koma Natsumi will create "Sadako-san at the End," a parody of Sadako that shook the Twitter timeline during the New Year's holiday. This work is a spin-off of "Sadako," and expectations are high for how Sadako, or Sada-chan, who travels with a young girl in a world where civilization has been destroyed, will be portrayed.

The serialization will start in the May issue of "Monthly Comic Gene," which will go on sale next month on April 15.
