The Anisama 2019 Kickoff Party was held at AnimeJapan 2019 at Tokyo Big Sight on Saturday, March 23, 2019, where details of this summer's "Animelo Summer Live 2019 -STORY-" were announced.

This year's Anisama will be held at Saitama Super Arena (Stadium Mode) over three days on August 30, 31, and September 1, 2019. The artists announced for each day of the event are as follows (titles below).

September 1, 2019 (Sunday), Day 3: Artists: Eir Aoi, Shota Aoi, Marie Uchida, Yuma Uchida, ZAQ, JAM Project, Spira Spica, buzz★Vibes, Poppin'Party

Natsuori Ishihara, fhána, Minori Suzuki, Minami, Eir Aoi, Spira Spica, and Poppin'Party from the "Animelo Summer Live 2019 -STORY-" cast took the stage at this kick-off party. MOTSU was the MC and kevin mitsunaga from fhána was the DJ for the opening, and they kicked off this year's Anisama with an anikura groove similar to that of the previous night's "AJ Night".

This year's Anisama theme song, "CROSSING STORIES," was written and arranged by Junichi Sato of fhána, who also took the stage. About the song, Mr. Sato said, "I had an image of wanting to make a song with a large scale, so I aimed for a sad, melodious, and large song. I want everyone to sing the parts that singalong together.

The theme of this year's Anisama, the 15th, was "Story," and the speakers expressed their enthusiasm for creating a wonderful story. The one who stood out in the comments was Mikiba, vocalist of Spira Spica, who declared in a super excited tone, "I want to create a Spi-spi whirlwind in the story of Anisama! she declared. The more he got excited, the more Kansai words came out, and the members of Poppipa sitting next to him seemed to be trying hard to hold back their laughter. The last to comment was Eir Aoi, who appeared last year as a secret performer, who said, "I believe that Anisama is something that is created by everyone. I want to sing with gratitude so that we can create the best story together with everyone," she concluded.

As for tickets to this year's Anisama, the first round of ticket advance reservations will require the "Anisama 2019" ticket fastest advance lottery reservation card, which will be included as an initial bonus with the "Animelo Summer Live 2018 "OK!"" Blu-ray, to be released on March 27, 2019. The first ticket pre-order will be accepted on LINE TICKET from 12:00 on Wednesday, March 27 to 12:00 on Monday, April 1, 2019.
