PS4/Switch "Yokai Watch 4++" will be released on December 5, 2019! New elements added to the Switch version of Yokai Watch 4!

Level-5 will release a new "Yokai Watch 4++ (Purapura)" on December 5, 2019, adding new elements to the "Yokai Watch 4: We Look Up at the Same Sky" for the Nintendo DS. Compatible platforms are Nintendo DS and PlayStation 4.

This title was previously announced as "Yokai Watch 4" for PS4. It is an upgraded version of "YOKAI WATCH 4: Bokura ha Sora wo Mimemoratteiru" with new elements, such as the addition of the multiplayer element "Purapura Busters," which allows everyone to battle together. For users who already own the Switch version of "YOKAI WATCH 4: Bokura wa Sora wo Mimemoratteiru", the game will be upgraded to the same content by downloading and purchasing "Paid Additional Content", which will be released on the same day. The additional content will cost 1,500 yen (excluding tax) or 1,650 yen (including tax). Starting with this title, the game will be available in Chinese (simplified and traditional) as well as Japanese.

Multiplayer "Purapura Busters," where everyone can battle together, has been added!

In addition to local communication (Switch version only), which allows players to play together with nearby friends and family, this multiplayer mode allows up to four players to participate via the Internet. Players control a yokai and cooperate with friends to confront powerful enemies!

A new boss yokai, "Noborotonman," has been introduced! He will unleash super-powerful techniques, so plan your strategy together with your friends and take on the challenge!

Local communication is supported only for the Nintendo Switch version.
Online play requires a subscription to Nintendo Switch Online (paid) or PlayStation Plus (paid).

New areas added! The well-known "Dandozaka" and the demon world "Kama-yudemo Jigoku" are now available!

The old-fashioned residential area "Danzousaka
The well-known "Danzousaka" area in the "YOKAI WATCH" series. In this old-fashioned residential area, candy shops and temples line the streets. There are many paths, so just running around is a lot of fun!　The new boss "Noboretonman" also awaits you in this area.

A new area in the demon world, "Kama-yudo Jigoku (boiling in a kettle)
As the name suggests, the new area to be added to the demon world has a "hell" atmosphere. What on earth awaits you here...?
