It was announced that "Evangelion x Hakone 2020 MEET EVANGELION IN HAKONE," a large-scale collaboration event with the popular anime "Evangelion" featuring Odakyu and Hakone, will be held from January 10 (Friday) to June 30 (Tuesday), 2020.

In preparation for the release of "Shin Evangelion the Movie" in June 2020, the event will feature original large-scale wrapping on vehicles and stations, a stamp rally that tours the Third New Tokyo City based on the Hakone Complementary Map, a 2-meter figure of the first plane, an exhibition of the first plane, an original tour package and a limited-edition event. In addition, an approximately 2-meter figure of the first plane will be on display, and original tour packages and limited-edition event goods will be on sale.

In addition, "Hakone Kowakuen Unessan" operated by Fujita Kanko will also collaborate with Evangelion to jointly hold a tie-up project.

Evangelion Original Wrapping
Under the theme of "Immerse yourself in the world of Evangelion with the great nature of Hakone," Odakyu Hakone Group's vehicles, stations, and bus stops will be transformed into Evangelion.
The Hakone Tozan Bus will be wrapped with a design inspired by the aircraft, the Odakyu Hakone Express Bus will be wrapped with an original illustration for this event, and the interior of Togendai Station will be wrapped with a design similar to the Nerf headquarters that appears in the film.

The 3rd New Tokyo City Complementary Stamp Rally
The popular "Hakone Complementary Map" has been revived as a stamp rally card. The map will be distributed to visitors who purchase a Hakone Free Pass, and those who collect the stamps located mainly in the Hakone area will receive a prize with a design limited to the event.

Bus broadcasts will be made by popular characters.
On one of the Hakone Tozan bus routes wrapped in Evangelion specs, popular characters are scheduled to make in-train announcements.

Special Exhibits of the "First Plane" and "Spear of Longinus
A large figure of the "Hatsugen-dai" (the first plane), measuring approximately 2 meters in height, will be on display to further Evangelionize the premises of the Momotodai Station, which is wrapped in Nerf headquarters.
In addition, with the cooperation of Tokyo Skytree Town (R), a giant monument of the "Lance of Longinus," which appeared in the movie, will be on special display for a limited time.
