SEGA Entertainment has released its second collaboration project, "We put your product in the Taiyaki", which was born out of Twitter. As the second phase of the project, "Corned Beef Taiyaki with Melty Cheese" using Nozaki's Corned Beef from Kawasho Foods as the filling will be available at Sega's Taiyaki Ikebukuro store from March 29 (Fri.) to April 7 (Sun.), 2019, in limited quantities.

According to the company, this is the "world's first" (supposedly) attempt to release a taiyaki using corned beef as a product.

Sega's taiyaki "Corned Beef Taiyaki with Melty Cheese" is a taiyaki that uses Nozaki's corned beef in the bean paste. The taiyaki dough is slightly sweet, and the corned beef is wrapped in the bean paste, which has the perfect amount of saltiness from the salted beef and the rich, melty cheese. The taiyaki, which can be used as a snack or a light meal, will go on sale before April 6, which is "Corned Beef Day".

SEGA's official Twitter account ( @SEGA_OFFICIAL ), which operates the company's official Twitter account, has launched the "We put your product in the taiyaki! As the first part of the project, "SEGA's Taiyaki: Large Grain Natto" was released in collaboration with Naito Foods Industry Co. in Muroran, Hokkaido.
