The special OVA "Strike the Blood: The Missing Holy Spear Arc" and the fourth OVA series "Strike the Blood IV" will be produced for the school fantasy work "Strike the Blood," which has been produced as a TV series and an OVA series for three seasons.

Strike the Blood" is an anime work based on the light novel series by Gakuto Mikumo. The action fantasy depicts the story of the world's most powerful vampire and the sword maiden who watches over him. The TV anime aired from October 2013 to March 2014, followed by the release of the pre- and post-OVA series from November to December 2015. The second OVA series "Strike the Blood II" was released from November 2016 to April 2017, and the new OVA "Strike the Blood III" was released in five volumes.

It was announced that the production of "Strike the Blood" special OVA "Strike the Blood: The Missing Holy Spear Arc" and "Strike the Blood IV," the fourth season of the OVA series, have been decided.

The OVA "The Missing Holy Spear Arc" will feature the first original episode of this work and will include many scenes long-awaited by fans.

Strike the Blood IV" will be a six-volume series that will continue the story of the previous series, "Strike the Blood III.

It was also announced that the theme songs for both OVAs will be sung by Kyodan Kishida & The Meisei Rockets for the opening and Yukina Hiiragi (CV: Risa Taneda) for the ending. We look forward to hearing more news.

<The Missing Spear Arc: Synopsis
Kojo and Yukina are victorious in their battle with Vattler for the "Holy Eradication".
After winning the battle against the Vatlers over the "Holy Eradication", Kojo and Yukina have made the island their "empire of the night" and are now the real rulers of the island, but their daily life is not so different from before.
Then, the Lion King Agency and the Taishi Bureau decide to conduct a joint investigation into an unexplained maritime accident that has been occurring in the waters surrounding String God Island.

Meanwhile, Kojo wakes up to the sound of a voice calling out to him.
His memory is hazy, but he sees a blanket he had been wrapped in and Yukina's tearful face, her cheeks flushed with red, pleading with him.
