Senior Cast & Staff Gently Watch Over New Cast Members -- "Bermuda Triangle ~Colorful Pastorale~" Loose-Fitting Impressions, Episode 6: "Tell Me Your Name"

Episode 6 of the anime "Bermuda Triangle - Colorful Pastorale" focused on the adults in the village.

In the village of Parrelle, a storm is coming. A "tide" that comes once in decades, to be exact. The massive ocean current swell seems to be a typhoon-like phenomenon for the sea dwellers. The seal postman murmurs, "Something strange is going to happen again," foreshadowing that the great tide has the power to cause some mysterious phenomenon.

Meanwhile, Sonata and her friends were working hard to clean up and maintain the movie theater that they had restored last time. Always using his mysterious sense of smell?　Poco wandered into the guest room and found a mysterious kineob that no one had ever seen before. Out of curiosity, Fina and her friends started a screening session for five people and one animal, but the screening machine seemed to be malfunctioning. It seems that the entire village is affected by the "tide.

When Fina returned to the theater at night after forgetting to put away the kine-orb, the malfunctioning screening machine projected a strange image. The screen showed a young girl with glossy purple hair, about the same age as Fina and the others. However, when Fina raised her voice, the girl in the image responded to her voice.

The image quickly faded away, but word of the kineorb girl who had spoken with Fina quickly spread through the village. With a larger tide approaching, the five went to the theater to confirm the rumor, and the kineorb girl reappeared. Fina and the others communicate with the Kineorb girl across time and space, but the miracle wrought by the power of the tide is only for a short time. When Fermat, Aldi, and the adults of the village visit the theater, the communication is about to cease.

Fermat and Aldi swam over to speak to the girl who was asking these questions. Aldi stepped forward to intercept Fermat as she searched for words and told her that one day you would open a store where young people could talk about the future.

Her words, the color of the girl's hair, and a pair of earrings identical to the girl's that were carefully displayed in Fermat's store, were a stylish way to convey the true identity of the girl in the kine orb.

In this story, just as the four Sonatas have grown up as childhood friends, Fermat, Aldi, and the adults in the village have grown up together, each with their own story to tell.

What was very interesting was that the stories and the actors who played them were somehow linked.

Kikuko Inoue, who plays Ferma, and Noriko Hidaka, who plays Aldi, have played together in numerous productions since their first collaboration in the anime "Ranma 1/2" broadcast about 30 years ago. In "Ranma," the work that started it all, "Ranma 1/2: Nekko-hen" was directed by Junji Nishimura, the director of this work, "Bermuda Triangle - Colorful Pastorale". Michiko Yokote, the series director of this work, also participated in the "Ranma 1/2" anime as a scriptwriter.

The way the new voice actors in this work grew as they tried their best, and the veteran adults who had lived through the same period gently watched over them, seemed to overlap directly with the relationship between Ferma and Aldi and Sonata and the other characters.
