The third season of "Sword Art Online Alsification" will start airing in October 2019, and a teaser visual and a teaser PV were released along with the announcement.

Sword Art Online" is an anime work based on the novel by Reki Kawahara, winner of the 15th Dengeki Novel Award (Grand Prize), which depicts the activities of the main character Kirito in the mysterious next generation online game "Sword Art Online". On February 18, 2017, "Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale," an anime movie based on a story written by Kawahara, was released. It was a huge hit, grossing over 4.3 billion yen at the box office worldwide. Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online" aired in April 2018, and the latest"Sword Art Online: Arisimation" began airing on October 6, 2018 (Saturday).

It has been decided that the third season of "SWORD ART ONLINE ARISATION" will start airing in October 2019, and a teaser visual and a teaser PV were released along with this announcement.
The teaser visual depicts Alice looking ahead with sharp eyes, foreshadowing her strong determination and the turbulence of the new story that will unfold in 《Underworld》.

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the publication of Dengeki Bunko's "Sword Art Online," a hands-on exhibition event, "Sword Art Online - Ex Chronicle," will be held as the culmination of the series.
In August 2019, the world of "Sword Art Online" will unfold at AKIBA_SQUARE on the 2nd floor of Akihabara UDX, making full use of cutting-edge technology.
