Japan Kitchen AKIBA, a community restaurant, has been in operation since October 7. It is located on the 2nd floor of JR Higashi-Nihon Hotel Mets Akihabara, which opened on Monday, October 7, right in front of the Electric Town exit of JR Akihabara Station.

Japan Kitchen AKIBA" is a restaurant in the Yokocho style with multiple businesses inside the restaurant. Kitchen Hinomoto" offers Japanese cuisine such as sushi, tempura, soba noodles, and udon noodles; "En-Jo" offers charcoal-grilled dishes such as yakitori, yakiton, steak, eel, and suppon, and "BISTRO Zipangu" offers Western cuisine unique to Japan such as hamburg steak, fried shrimp, and rice omelet. BISTRO Zipangu" offers unique Japanese Western cuisine such as hamburgers, fried shrimp and rice, and "BAR Hanakai" offers carefully selected Japanese sake, authentic shochu, domestic wine, craft beer, and other alcoholic beverages. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of dishes prepared by professional chefs using carefully selected ingredients directly from producers throughout Japan.
