The "Girls' Opera Revue Starlight" is a new type of entertainment that links musicals and animation. Nine girls who attend a prestigious music school to become "stars" with their own dreams and wishes in mind suddenly receive a mysterious invitation e-mail. The TV anime aired in the summer of 2018, and in October of the same year, the stage play "Girls' Opera Revue Starlight -The LIVE-#2 Transition" was staged. The project is a "two-tiered shoujo revue" that revolves around the anime and musical, and features nine members of the main cast performing both the voices from the anime and the musical cast.

On March 31, 2019, the live event "Girls' Revue Revue Starlight Orchestra Live "Starry Konzert"" will be held at Nakano Sunplaza in Tokyo. The event was held in two parts, day and night, with live viewing of the nighttime performance available at theaters nationwide.

The live performance was performed by Momoyo Koyama (played by Karen Aishiro), Suzuko Mimori (played by Hikari Kagura), Maho Tomita (played by Shinya Tendo), Hinata Sato (played by Junna Hoshimi), Youao Iwata (played by Mahiru Kurosaki), Moeka Koizumi (played by Nana Oba), Aina Aiba (played by Claudine Saijo), Teru Ikuta (played by Futaba Ishidou), Ayasa Ito The curtain was opened with "Hoshi no Dialogue," the opening theme song of the TV anime.

The live performance centered on the revue songs amidst the orchestra's profound and powerful performance. In between the revue songs, the orchestra played the live accompaniment to the play. The Starlight 99 group is known for their intense dancing and sword fighting, but since this was an orchestral live performance, they seemed a little more restrained in this area. The voices of the performers, including singing and name-calling, were used as instruments to overlay the music played by the orchestra.

In the "Monologue" corner that followed, the performers in goddess costumes performed a reading play. The theme of this reading was "The 100th Seisho Matsuri no Later Story," written by Nakamura Kamikata, who writes the lyrics for Revue Starlight's songs.
In addition, the stage was interspersed with gesture games. During the talk session, Yooi Iwata, whose birthday was near (April 3), was congratulated by the entire audience with "Happy Birthday to you," which brought tears to her eyes.

In the announcement corner, it was announced that the 6th single would be released on August 7, 2019, and that a short anime "Shoujo ☆ skit (conte) All Starlight" would be produced, which drew loud cheers from the audience. The 6th single will be released in two formats, "luxury disc with orchestra live" and "normal disc," both of which will include the orchestra live performance.

The synchronization of the revue songs and the orchestra brought out the charm of the new 99 group. The main program ended with "Fly Me to the Star," the ending theme song of the TV anime, and for the encore, they sang "Yakusoku Tower" and "Star Divine.
