In commemoration of the 40th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam, "Mobile Suit Gundam" and OWNDAYS will collaborate to release a non-standard size Gundam head-shaped eyeglass case. In addition, collaboration glasses with images of mobile suits (Gundam, Char Zaku, Zaku, and Dom) will also go on sale.

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam, "Mobile Suit Gundam" and OWNDAYS will collaborate to release snap-on glasses at the end of the year, featuring four types of mobile suits, with the sunglasses part attached to the frame with a single touch.

This product was planned and realized by OWNDAYS, a brand that operates both in Japan and overseas, with the aim of becoming like "Mobile Suit Gundam," which fascinates people not only in Japan but around the world, and will be released sequentially in 12 countries and regions where OWNDAYS operates. The snap-on glasses, which can be attached to the frames with a single touch, will be available at stores nationwide and online at the end of the year, featuring four types of mobile suits that appear in the film.

The RX-78-2 Gundam head mold can hold six eyeglass frames. When the antenna part of the Gundam is pulled, a space for storing glasses appears on the dual monitor (the eye part of the Gundam). The dual monitor (the eye part of the Gundam) can be removed. After the glasses are stored, the Gundam's dual monitors light up with an activation sound when the antenna is pulled out and put back in.
