The Mega Drive Mini game console, to be released on September 19, 2019 (Thursday), is now available for pre-order at Bic Camera Group.

Three stores in the Akihabara area were confirmed to be accepting reservations: Bic Camera AKIBA, Sofmap AKIBA Store No. 1 Subculture Mobile Building, and Sofmap AKIBA Store No. 4 Amusement Building.

The "Mega Drive Mini" is a palm-sized recreation of Sega's fifth home video game console, the "Mega Drive," which was released 30 years ago in 1988. 154 (W) x 39 (H) x 116 (D) mm, the compact body contains 40 game software titles. From action and shooting games to puzzles, RPGs, simulations, and more, this is the "Mega Drive history" of classic titles. The "Mega Drive Mini W," which includes two control pads essential for competitive and cooperative play, will also be released at the same time.
