<STORY
I have lived a life of shame.
It is Tokyo in the year 111 of the Showa Era, when the medical revolution has conquered death.
People are promised disease-free longevity, with no illnesses, no need for treatment for wounds, and a guaranteed life span of 120 years, under the control of the "S.H.E.L.L." system, which manages "nanomachines" in the body and their "networks".
However, that ultimate social system spawns various distortions in the nation. Economic disparities that will never be filled, decadent ethics due to the inability to die, severe environmental pollution, and the "human lost phenomenon," in which people become deformed and out of the S.H.E.L.L. network.
Japan is teetering between the two possibilities of civilization's rebirth and collapse.

Outside of Beltway 16, where air pollution is spreading - Ichiroku.
One day, a drug-addicted "Hazura Ohba," who leads a lazy life, joins a runaway group and a mysterious man named "Masao Horiki," in an assault on the inside of Beltway 7, where the privileged live, and is caught up in a fierce struggle.
There, Hazura encounters a human-lost deformity, the "Lost Body," and is saved by a girl with mysterious powers, Hiiragi Miko, who belongs to the "Hirame" organization against the Lost Body, and discovers that she too has powers different from those of humans. --.

Fall and death. Life and hope. A man is tossed by fate, his heart is torn out, and he cries out.
Anger. Sorrow. Pity... Swallowed up by despair, Hazura Ohba turns into an "ogre" with tears of blood.

Will you pass the test of humanity, or will you fail?
