Experience the world of Iron Man in VR! PS VR "Marvel Iron Man VR" will be released on February 28, 2020!

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that Marvel Iron Man VR and Marvel Iron Man VR Digital Deluxe Edition, PlayStation 4 (PlayStation VR required) software, will be released on Friday, February 28, 2020. Pre-orders began on October 15, 2019 at PlayStation retailers and PlayStation Store nationwide.

Marvel Iron Man VR allows players to put on the PlayStation VR headset and take on the role of Iron Man, the armored avenger, in an adventure. Using two PlayStation Move units (both sold separately), players can fly across the blue sky while activating Iron Man's repulsor jets and enjoy action-packed battles against enemies from past generations.

In addition, familiar Marvel characters will also appear in this unique and original storyline.

The main character, Tony Stark, has retired from weapons manufacturing to focus on developing technology to fight evil as Iron Man. A few years after Tony becomes a global superhero, he is attacked by Ghost, a mysterious entity that is a hacker and anti-corporatist who uses Stark Industries' weapons. The Ghost attacks Stark branch offices around the world in an attempt to destroy Stark Industries, and the story eventually leads to a decisive battle.

The "Marvel Iron Man VR" downloadable version and "Marvel Iron Man VR Digital Deluxe Edition," which are now available for pre-order on the PS Store, will include four custom armor pieces and a PS4 theme for use in the game as an early purchase bonus.

In addition, the "Marvel Iron Man VR" Blu-ray Disc edition will be available for pre-order at retailers nationwide and various e-commerce sites from October 15 onward, and will include the same initial production bonus content as the early purchase bonus for the downloadable version.
