PS4 "New Sakura Wars" Reveals New Characters "Itsuki Saishiro" and "Hiromi Hongo" in the Imperial Capital, Tokyo

Sega Games has revealed new characters in the Imperial City of Tokyo for its "New Sakura Wars" software for PlayStation 4, which will be released on Thursday, December 12, 2019.

New Sakura Taisen" is a dramatic 3D action adventure set in the fictional "Taisho Era" Imperial City of Tokyo, where the "Teikoku Kagekidan" fights against evil. The main character design is by Kubo Taito, known as the author of the manga "BLEACH" serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (published by Shueisha). The music is by Kouhei Tanaka, who has provided many songs for previous titles in the series. The story will be composed by Ishiijiro, who is active in a variety of media including games, TV animation, and movies.

New characters "Itsuki Saishiro" and "Hiromi Hongo" from "New Sakura Wars" have been revealed in the Imperial City of Tokyo. The comments of Ito Noizi, who was in charge of character design, have also been released.

Itsuki Saishiro (CV: Maayu Yoshioka)

A 15-year-old fanatic of the Teigeki (Imperial Revue) who loves the Teigeki and the Hanagumi (flower troupe).
In her spare time, she visits the Teigeki and gets to know the theater's staff and patrons. Her hobby is collecting Teigeki goods, and she tries her best to collect everything from the old Hanagumi to the current Hanagumi goods.
She is also a bit of a rival to Kamiyama when it comes to collecting block prints.

Hiromi Hongo (CV: Haruka Terui)

She is 22 years old and works at "Mikazuki Gokashidokoro.
She is 22 years old, and many customers come to the store for her gentle manner and friendly smile.
She usually sells Japanese confections as a clerk, but she is also sincerely involved in the development of new products. Some of the prototypes she creates sometimes cause strange phenomena when eaten, and are the subject of much fear.

The characters I designed for the game are the ones you will encounter frequently in the game, so I myself am looking forward to seeing how they will relate to the main characters.
