The animated feature film "Promea" will be released in theaters on May 24, 2019 (Friday), and the theme song and ending theme song will be sung by Superfly, an artist who has gained support from a wide range of generations for her overwhelming vocal ability and originality. Promea" is a completely original work by Hiroyuki Imaishi, director of the TV series "Gurren Lagann" (2007) and "Kill la Kill" (2013), and Kazuki Nakajima, who wrote the script. "Anime Expo," the project's launch was announced at the event and quickly attracted the attention of anime fans overseas.
TRIGGER is in charge of animation production and XFLAG is in charge of production, and itwasannounced that theduowould be releasing their first feature-length filmtogetherin 2019,much anticipated by fans,and that the project would be fully underway for a 2019 theatrical release.
Character design will be handled by world-renowned creator Shigeto Koyama, who also created the concept design for Disney's "Baymax".
