Warhammer: Chaosbane, an authentic action RPG with a miniatures game theme, will be released on January 30, 2020!

Oizumi Amusements, Inc. announced today that the action RPG "Warhammer: Chaosbane" PS4 version will be released on Thursday, January 30, 2020, with pre-orders starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2019, at retail stores nationwide.

Warhammer: Chaosbane" is a hack-and-slash action RPG set in the world of "Warhammer: Fantasy Battle," a miniatures game in which players play miniatures on a board like a chess game. Miniatures games have a long history and deep-rooted popularity overseas. Based on this worldview, this title also features the familiar lands of Narn and Prague, which are well-known to fans of the series.

The player fights as a hero with an empire in his hands as the enemy forces, the Chaos Army, take control of the Old World. The player must work hard to stop the invasion while defeating the enemy and freeing the humans held captive. Players can choose their own character from "Imperial Soldier," a human in armor who inflicts great damage; "Dwarf," who specializes in melee combat; "High Elf," who excels at remote attacks with magic; and "Wood Elf," a scout who can attack at high speed with a bow and arrow.

There are 10 difficulty levels to choose from. The difficulty levels range from "easy" to "difficult" to "chaotic," allowing players to enjoy the game at a level that suits them. The higher the difficulty level, the more difficult the battle, but the rarer the loot you can acquire.
