An advance screening of the TV anime "Annihilation City," which will begin today, April 7 (Sun.), 2019, on TOKYO MX, Yomiuri TV, BS11, and AT-X, and will be distributed exclusively on FOD on the same day, was held on April 1 at Shinjuku Wald 9, Tokyo.

The game is a smartphone RPG by Wright Flyer Studios, released in May 2014 with more than 9 million downloads worldwide, and is popular for its drama set in modern Japan, easy-to-operate exhilarating action, and starring such splendid voice actors as Tomokazu Sugita and Kana Hanazawa. Madhouse will produce the animation and Pony Canyon will provide the music for the TV anime.

An advance screening of episodes 1-3 of the TV anime "Vanishing City," which will start airing on April 7, 2019, plus a talk show was held at Shinjuku Wald 9 in Tokyo on April 1.

The talk show, which followed the screening of the first three episodes, featured Kana Hanazawa, who plays Yuki, Tomokazu Sugita, who plays Takuya, Shigeyuki Miya, the director, Shingo Irie, the series director, Shota Shimoda, the series director of "Vanishing City," and Takanori Matsuoka, the producer. This was the first time that these members had gathered together on stage, and the stage proceeded based on the talk themes selected from the prepared envelopes.

　The first talk theme was "Impressions when the anime adaptation was announced.
