Raiatto Games announces several new games and animated series set in the "League of Legends" universe!

Riot Games, developer and publisher of the PC online game "League of Legends" (LoL), announced today, Wednesday, October 16, during a special "Riot Pls" broadcast to celebrate the 10th anniversary of LoL, that several new games and new Riot Games announced today that several new games and projects are in the works during a special "Riot Pls" broadcast to commemorate the 10th anniversary of "LoL".

LoL" is a five-player PC game. Players control a character called "Champion" and capture their opponent's territory. The game was launched in the U.S. in 2009, and by September 2016, the number of monthly active players had surpassed 100 million.

Today, Wednesday, October 16, Riot Games, the developer and publisher of "LoL," announced that several new games and new projects are in the works during a special "Riot Pls" broadcast to celebrate the 10th anniversary of "LoL."

In addition, events to celebrate LoL's 10th anniversary special broadcast "Riot Pls" will be held in Bogota (Colombia), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Istanbul (Turkey), Lima (Peru), London (UK), Los Angeles (USA), Madrid (Spain), Mexico City ( (Mexico), Moscow (Russia), Santiago (Chile), Sao Paulo (Brazil), Seoul (Korea), Shanghai (China), Singapore (Singapore), Sydney (Australia), and Tokyo (Japan) around the world.

The following is an abridged version of the global announcement made by Riot Games on October 16.

League of Legends

A new character (champion), Senna, has been announced for "League of Legends." She is one of the many souls trapped in the lantern of the existing champion, Thresh, and has been a fan favorite since her appearance in Lucian's story. Senna joins the current list of more than 140 champions as a new support, embodying a unique style of play. Senna will be available in LoL's Public Beta Environment (PBE) on October 29th and November 10th.

Players will witness the biggest change in Summoner's Lift in years with the release of the new "Awakening of the Elements" element in the PBE on October 22. The Elemental Awakening is one of the pre-season gameplay changes based on one of the most dynamic elements in the game: the elemental drakes. These preseason changes will be available on the live servers on November 20.

In addition, Ultra Rapid Fire (URF), popular for its fun and chaotic gameplay, will return for the first time in four years as a limited-time game mode with all champions. In addition, a series of nine albums featuring songs from each season of LoL will be released on October 15 on multiple music distribution platforms.

Finally, a gift of appreciation will be offered to all players who step foot in the Summoner's Lift. For 10 days starting October 17, all players with accounts created by 10:00 a.m. Japan time on October 16 will receive a daily in-game gift for logging into the game and playing. This event will continue until October 27th, LoL's 10th anniversary.

Teamfight Tactics and the Awakening of the Elements for Mobile."

Team Fight Tactics ("TFT"), Liat's popular auto-battle game, will release its mobile version in the first quarter of 2020. Pre-registration will be available in the Google Play Store starting October 15.

TFT is an 8-player free-for-all strategy game in which players strategically utilize LoL champions and items to defeat the other 7 players.

Leveraging the rich story, champions, and themes present in the LoL universe, TFT will release a new set of champions and skills every three to four months in both the PC and mobile versions of the game. The second set (Set 2) in the PC version of TFT is "Awakening of the Elements," which will feature elemental-themed content. This set will allow players to explore new strategies using previously unseen characters and items. Awakening of the Elements will be released on the LoL client on November 5.

Legends of Runeterra

Legends of Runeterra" ("LoR") is a free-to-play strategy card game set in the LoL universe. In addition to LoL's popular champions, LoR features new characters and friends from every region of Runeterra, each with their own unique style and strategic advantage. LoR's gameplay alternates between dynamic combat, in which players must use their skill, ingenuity, and smarts to win. LoR also offers multiple ways to acquire cards, including free-to-play cards and the ability to directly purchase cards of your choice using currency earned or purchased in-game.
LoR is scheduled for official release in 2020 for PC and mobile, and is currently accepting pre-registrations.

League of Legends: Wild Rift

League of Legends: Wildrift is a new 5v5 MOBA game for mobile and consumer consoles. Tailored for the new platforms, the game offers nearly identical gameplay to the PC version of LoL. Wildrift" features new twin-stick controls and a reimagined Summoner's Rift that will take players from 15 to 18 minutes to play. Wildrift is not a port of the PC version of LoL, but a brand new game developed from the ground up to give players an authentic and polished LoL experience.

League of Legends: Wildrift is scheduled for release on mobile in 2020, and pre-registration is available now on the Google Play Store.

Arcane.

Arcane" is a League of Legends animated series conceived and produced by Raiatto Games and scheduled for release in 2020. Set in the underground world of the prosperous Piltorver and the oppressed Zoun, it tells the story of the beginnings of two of LoL's most popular champions - and the forces that tore them apart.

Project A

RYAT Games is developing a stylish, competitive, character-based tactical shooter for the PC tentatively titled "Project A". The game will be set in a beautiful near-future Earth and will allow players to control powerful characters with unique skills and tactical gunplay. More details will be announced in 2020.

Project L

Project L is a fighting game set in the LoL universe. Development of this game is in its early stages and no further information is available at this time.

Project F

Project F is a project in the very early stages of development, exploring the possibilities of allowing players to travel through the world of Runeterra with their friends.

League of Legends Origins

League of Legends Origins" is a feature-length documentary by Academy Award-nominated documentarian Leslie Iwerks. In the film, she follows the birth of LoL and the LoL fan community that made it the most played PC game of all time and the fastest growing sport in the world. Through the voices of the fans who love LoL and the pioneers who made it what it is, Eyeworks follows the drama of the birth of this global phenomenon from its early development to the World Championship held at the Beijing National Stadium in 2017. League of Legends: Origins" is available on Netflix and many other streaming VOD platforms.

Karma (Riot Games Social Impact)."

Riatt is pleased to announce the creation of The Riot Games Social Impact Fund, a non-profit organization that will enable Riatt to make a lasting contribution to society worldwide. League of Legends eSports Manager

League of Legends eSports Manager is a team management game currently in development. In this game, fans take on the role of a manager and build a world-class League of Legends eSports team by signing players, etc. The game will be released in the U.S. and Europe in November 2012. League of Legends eSports Manager is designed to expand the eSports business ecosystem, with revenue generated from the game being shared with the professional teams in the game and invested in a sustainable way.
