Ubisoft has released new trailers "Development Diary: About the Development Team" and "Development Diary: Towards Improvement" for "Dirt Rally 2.0" for PS4, scheduled for release on April 18 (Thursday).

Dirt Rally 2.0" is the latest title in the "Dirt Rally" series of rally racing games produced by Codemasters. In addition to the rally content experienced in the Career Mode and Historic Rally, this title allows players to race on eight official tracks from the 2018 FIA World Rallycross Championship, including Metteto, Silverstone, and the Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya.

Rallycross will also feature four classes - Supercars, RX2s, RX Super 1600s, and RX Crosskarts - plus the series' first-ever Team GC Kompetition with the Renault Megane RS RX, Audi S1 EKS RX Quattro, and 2018 FIA World Rallycross Champion PSRX Volkswagen Polo R Supercar are included.

Ross Gowing, Chief Game Designer of Dirt Rally 2.0, explains how the development of Dirt Rally 2.0 has been made more authentic by bringing in current rally drivers as consultants, and how the handling and modeling details have been improved from the previous game.
