The anime "Airborne Dragons" is scheduled to begin airing on Fuji Television's "+Ultra" in January 2020. The story depicts the journey of a crew fascinated by the sky and dragons, and a character video of the main character Mika (CV. Tomoaki Maeno) was unveiled on the official Twitter. Naohiro "Tady" Yoshidaira, assistant director of "Knights of Sidonia: The Battle of the Ninth Planet" and "BLAME!", dramatically depicts the careful character portrayal in this beautiful and magnificent fantasy world.

The series will be composed and written by Makoto Uezu, who has worked on numerous popular works including "Assassination Classroom" and "Arslan Senki," with sound direction by Miwa Iwanami of "Spider-Man: Spider-Verse" and "PSYCHO-PASS: Psycho-Pass" series.
