Live Viewing of "Monogatari" Fest - 10th Anniversary Story" to be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 has been announced.

The anime series "Monogatari" written by Ishin Nishio, which started in 2009 with the TV anime "Bakemonogatari," will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2019.
A mysterious countdown had recently started on the anime's official website, and at 17:00 on February 6 (Wed.), when the countdown ended, the details of theevent, "Monogatari Fest -10th Anniversary Story-," a "one-night-only" festival featuring character songs and readings, wasfinallyannounced. The event will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Makuhari Messe Event Hall in Chiba Prefecture.

The reading scenario for "Monogatari Fes -10th Anniversary Story-" will be written entirely by Ishin Nishio, the original author of the "Monogatari" series, and a live viewing event will also be held.

The anime "Monogatari" series is based on the novel by Ishin Nishio. The event, which will be held to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the anime adaptation, will feature appearances by Hiroshi Kamiya, who plays the main heroine of the series, including Hiroshi Kamiya, who plays the main character Araragi Koyomi, singing the theme song of the work and reading a reading that will be limited to the audience.

The "one-night-only" festival, which will not be made into a video product, will be broadcast live to movie theaters throughout Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, so come and join the special event at the movie theater.
