300 years after defeating slime, I reached max level before I knew it! Casting and visuals unveiled!

The light novel "300 Years of Defeating Slimes, and Before You Know It, You've Maxed Out Your Levels" will be adapted into a TV anime. The cast, including Aoi Yuuki, who plays the main character Azusa, and a teaser visual for the anime version have also been released.

The light novel by Season Morita, "300 years after defeating slime, I reached level max before I knew it," has been serialized on the novel submission site "Shosetsu-ka Naro" since 2016, and was published in book form by GA Novel in 2017. The manga has also been serialized in a comic book version with drawings by Shiba Yusuke in "Gangan ONLINE".

■Story
Azusa Aizawa, a very ordinary office worker, dies of overwork and is reborn in another world as Azusa, an immortal witch. Reflecting on her previous life, she begins a leisurely slow life on a remote plateau. She earns coins by slaying slimes and, like a witch woman, makes medicines to take care of the village at the foot of the plateau. As she continued this lifestyle, she became known as the "Witch of the Plateau. However, 300 years later. With the experience she has gained from defeating slimes, Azusa has become level 99, or the most powerful person in the world. Word spreads, and not only adventurers with confidence in their skills, but also dragon girls who challenge Azusa to a duel, and even a mysterious monster girl who calls Azusa her mother come to her door.

The cast
is the same as that of the Drama CD, with Aoi Yuuki as the main character Azusa, Kaede Motowatari as Raika, a red dragon apprenticed to Azusa, Ayaka Senbongi as Farfa, the sister of the slime spirit sisters, Mimi Tanaka as Sharsha, the sister, Aya Harada as Halkara, an elf medicine man, and Aya Numakura as Beelzebub, a senior demoness. Aime Numakura plays the role of Beelzebub, a senior demoness.


In the drama CD that will be included in the special edition of the novel to be released in April 2020, Azumi Waki will play the role of Flatlte, daughter of the Blue Dragon, and Riho Sugiyama will play the role of Rosalie, a ghost girl.

Comments on the anime adaptation have been received from Seiki Morita, the author of the original story, Aoi Yuki who plays Azusa, Kaede Motowatari who plays Laika, and Ayaka Sembongi who plays Farfa.

The illustrations were drawn by Benio, illustrator of "300 Years of Defeating Slimes, and Before I Knew It, I Was Level Max" and Azuru, illustrator of "Witches' Journeys." The main characters, Azusa and Irena, are holding a board celebrating the anime adaptation and making a peace sign.

Azusa (CV: Aoi Yuuki)
A witch of the highlands. She was an ordinary office worker (27 years old), but died of overwork ....... By the arrangement of a goddess, she is reborn in another world as an immortal witch with the appearance of a 17-year-old. One day, it is discovered that she has defeated too many slimes and has reached level 99. This causes a big commotion.




Laika (CV: Kaede Hondo)
Daughter of the Red Dragon. She is called the strongest monster in Azusa's province of Nanterre, but when she challenges Azusa to a fight, she loses. She became a girl and came to Azusa and became his apprentice. She is serious and hardworking.




Farfa (CV: Ayaka Sembongi)
A slime spirit (sister). She is a spirit born from the souls of slimes defeated by Azusa. She comes to Azusa ahead of her twin sister Sharsha, who also materialized, and calls her "Mama" to make her feel close to her. She has an honest and cheerful personality.




Sharsha (CV: Mimi Tanaka)
A slime spirit (younger sister). She spent 50 years training to defeat Azusa, and was defeated. After that, like Farfa, she calls Azusa "mother" and misses her. She is introverted and quiet.




Harkara (CV: Aya Harada)
An elf medicine man. She has been making a lot of money with the "nutritional wine" she developed, but Beelzebub is after her, and she comes to Azusa for help. After the riot, he becomes an apprentice. He has the worst "habit of making a mistake" in the entire work.




Beelzebub (CV: Aimi Numakura)
Beelzebub is a senior demon tribe member known as the "King of Flies. He is an elite, capable worker and serves as the Minister of Agriculture in the demon tribe's country. He likes the "nutritional wine" made by Harkara and comes to Azusa in search of her. He is belligerent, as is typical of the demon tribe, but like Azusa, he takes good care of her.




Flatlte (CV: Azumi Wake)
Daughter of the Blue Dragon. She attacked Laika's sister's wedding, but was repulsed by Azusa and swore obedience. She and Laika, the Red Dragon, compete with each other. She only sees what is right in front of her, and her actions are directly connected to her emotions, making her seem like a foolish child.




Rosalie (CV. Riho Sugiyama)
A ghost girl. She is fascinated by Azusa, who has reached out to her and not shunned her because she is a ghost. She can walk through walls, but she cannot touch people. She can possess people. She has a Yankee temperament and is sensitive to duty and humanity and hierarchical relationships.
