The TV anime "Why is the teacher here? has revealed the synopsis of the second episode, scene cuts, and new character information.

The TV anime "Why is Sensei here? is a popular manga by So Don Lowe, whose comics have sold more than 850,000 copies. It is a romantic comedy depicting the high school life of a female teacher and a male student. The story is about a female teacher and her male student who are caught up in a series of naughty happenings in situations that would never occur in normal school life. The original work is in an omnibus format, with one story per volume, and up to the fifth volume has been released.

Sato rushes to the laundromat to find Mr. Kojima soaked in the rain.　Surprisingly, Kojima-sensei is not good at thunder, and tries to restore the breaker that was tripped by lightning...

During the summer vacation, Mr. Kojima comes to Sato's parents' house and together they babysit his younger sister Shio.

Ichiro Sato's mother. She is trying to get her son Ichiro and Kojima together for her own happiness in her old age.
While in high school, she started dating her then homeroom teacher and got married after graduation. She soon gave birth to Ichiro.
She and Kojima live next door to each other, and she has been taking care of him like an older sister since he was born.

Ichiro Sato's younger sister.
She loves her brother. She is afraid of Kojima and does not miss him much.
