The official hardcover book series "Zenkoku Zenshu" (Complete Collection of All Records) was once published by Color Inc. led by Hideaki Anno, and is now hard to find. It has now been announced that re-edited editions of these books will be published in softcover in sequence.
The first book in the series, "Rebuild of Evangelion: Prevolution of Evangelion: The Complete Collection of Rebuild of Evangelion Visual Story Version and Setting Data Version," is scheduled to be released on June 7.

The "Evangelion" series, created by Hideaki Anno and boasting unwavering popularity around the world, was newly released as the "Rebuild of Evangelion" series in 2007, with the first film "Rebuild of Evangelion: Introduction" in the same year, followed by ": Break" in 2009 and ": Q" in 2012, and has been a huge hit. The film has become even more exciting with the release of the final film, "Shin Evangelion the Movie," in 2020.

This time, it was announced that the official hardcover book series "Zenkokoku Zenshu," which records in detail the trajectory of the video production, will be published in softcover sequentially.

The "Zenkokoku Zenshu" series was once published by Color, Inc. led by Hideaki Anno, and is now hard to find. The book has been re-edited to make it more accessible to newcomers to the series.

In addition to the visual story reconstructed with all the cuts and dialogues, the book also includes setting materials for not only mecha and characters but also accessories, art boards, and more. The book is said to emphasize the importance of the material to decipher the production process up to the completion of the film.

The first book in the series, "Rebuild of Evangelion: Introduction: The Complete Collection of All Records, Visual Story Edition and Setting Material Edition," is scheduled for release on June 7.

The cover illustration was newly drawn by Shunji Suzuki, the animation director of ":序"! A B4 poster of the same color illustration will be included.
