TAMASHII NATION 2019, an exhibition event of new products from BANDAI SPIRITS, which handles a wide variety of character products, will be held at Akihabara UDX and Bellesalle Akihabara from Friday, October 25 to Sunday, October 27, 2019.

TAMASHII NATIONS" is the generic name of the high quality figure brand for collectors developed by "BANDAI SPIRITS", which boasts the No.1 share in the figure industry. Since its launch in March 2008, the company has sold several thousand figure products.

Every year, the company holds the "TAMASHII NATION" event to showcase all of its Soul brand products, including the latest items as well as items scheduled for release in the future. TAMASHII NATION 2019 will be held in Akihabara, Tokyo, from Friday, October 25 to Sunday, October 27, 2019.

The event will be held at two venues, Akihabara UDX and Bellesalle Akihabara, with the Akihabara UDX venue offering free admission for CLUB TAMASHII MEMBERS and a ¥1,000 admission fee for all others. The Belle Salle Akihabara venue will be free of charge for visitors to enjoy the exhibition and stage events.

Opening Ceremony

On October 24, the day before the event started, an opening ceremony was held at the UDX Theater on the 4th floor of Akihabara UDX.
Yusuke Fukuda, President of BANDAI SPIRITS, took the stage and gave an opening speech, followed by the appearance of celebrities Takanori Takeyama of Canning and Makiko and Nagisa of Amagin Inter. The audience enjoyed the appeal of the latest items that embodied the theme of this year's TAMASHII NATION: "Transformation," "Combination," and "Movable.

Robots and machines from the past, such as Getter Robo, Combatler V, Ideon, and Yamato, appear one after another in Soul of Chogokin!
A "Hello Kitty" superalloy also makes an appearance, satisfying men and women of all ages!

The "DX Chogokin" series has a full lineup of Macross-related items, including the YF19 full set pack and the movie version of the VF-1S Valkyrie (with Teruki Ichijo).

The lineup includes Beerless and King Gainer from the classic "DANBINE" series.
