On October 24, 2019, Pia Corporation released "Gamba's Adventure COMPLETE DVD BOOK" vol. 2.

Gamba no Bouken (The Adventures of Gamba) is an animated masterpiece produced by Tokyo Movie and broadcast from April 7 to September 29, 1975 for a total of 26 episodes. The story begins with a scene where the rats are having a party at a harbor. An injured little mouse, Chuta, arrives at the party. He asks them to help him defeat Noroi, a terrifying giant white weasel that rules his home island. Gamba and his seven friends gather together and set out on an adventure to defeat the Noroi.

Gamba no Bouken COMPLETE DVD BOOK" is a DVD book containing all 26 episodes of the TV anime version of "Gamba no Bouken" in three volumes of nine episodes each. The booklet, a preservation edition, introduces the story commentary and checkpoints for each episode. In addition, the booklet includes a gallery of illustrations and interviews with the staff of the time, making it a coveted item for fans of the series. The lineup includes "Vol. 1: Let's go to the sea for an adventure! Vol. 2: Run, Run, Noroi is Near" and "Vol. 3: The Last Battle of the Great Uzumaki," with Vol. 2, the middle part, being released this time.

Vol. 2 contains 9 episodes totaling approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, from episode 10, "The Seven Rafts That Gnawed and Parted," to episode 18, "The Strange Fat Rats. After the fight to the death with Zakuri, Gamba and his friends set off once again for Noroi Island, but they are met with a series of mishaps, including getting stuck in a giant eel in the sea and being attacked by a ferocious mountain cat. Furthermore, Gamba and Gakusha's confrontation leads to the group splitting into two! What will become of them?

In the booklet, "Character Setting Drawings," which is a preserved version of the book, features "characters from the first half of the story," including Creek, Jena, and Tragoro. In the staff interview, an interview with Yoshio Kabashima, the animation director of the film, who passed away in July 2017, is republished from the book "The World of Harmony" (Pia), in which he talks about his passion for Gamba.
