Love Live! The latest in the series, the theatrical version of "Love Live! Sunshine! The School Idol Movie Over the Rainbow", the latest in the "Love Live!

The school idol project "Love Live! Sunshine! Sunshine!
Sunshine!" depicts nine girls who form "μ's" to save their alma mater from the danger of being closed down, and work hard in their idol activities. This new series of "Love Live!" is set in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and tells the story of the school idol group "Aqours," which was formed to enliven the private Uranosei Jogakuin school in admiration of the "μ's. In addition to the release of music CDs with animation PV (DVD & BD), events, magazines, smartphone applications, and various other media have been involved, with the first TV anime season airing from July to September 2016 and the second season from October to December 2017. In November 2018, the Aqours cast held a 2-day live concert at Tokyo Dome to a packed house, and on December 31, they appeared on the NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen.

This time, "Love Live! Sunshine! The School Idol Movie Over the Rainbow" will be released on July 26, 2019 in two Blu-ray items. The special limited edition is packed with special features, including a newly recorded Aqours original song CD.
