The stage version of "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass Chapter 1: Crime Coefficient" finally opens!

The stage version of "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass Chapter 1 - Crime Coefficient -" opened on Friday, October 25, 2019, at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Stellar Ball.

Set in the near future, "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass" is an original animation series that boldly and sharply depicts what crime is and what justice is, in a world where security is maintained by a giant system that quantifies and monitors all kinds of human psychological states and thinking tendencies.

The stage version of "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass Chapter 1: Crime Factor" is based on the first season of the TV anime "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass" that aired on Fuji TV's "Noitamina" and other channels from October 2012. It is based on the story of "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass", which aired on Fuji TV's "Noitamina" and other channels from October 2012, and will be fully supervised by Gen Urobuchi (Nitroplus), who also wrote the original story and script.

Yuki Kubota as Shinya Kugami
Today is finally the first day of the show. Although the weather has been unfavorable, I feel that it is a very "PSYCHO-PASS" kind of beginning, and that we are rather blessed.
I think we have the best cast, even though many of them are new to us. So, it is "PSYCHO-PASS".
The most memorable moment for me was when Mr. Kyobuchi, the supervisor, came to see the rehearsal and said to me, "I don't remember ever having written such an interesting book. We consider this to be the greatest compliment we could ever receive, and we are honored that he said he could not wait to continue the story.

Yuma Sanada as Nobumoto Ginoza
I have been watching this work since I was a child and I love it, so I am really happy to be able to act in it.
I have the same birthday as Ginoza and we are the same age, so in that sense, I don't know how I would fulfill my role if I were alive in this time period...but I hope that you will enjoy my performance, including that part.

Misato Kawachi as Akemi Tsunemori
I am very happy to be able to be involved in this work loved by so many people and to be able to celebrate the opening day like this today.
I believe in the director, Mr. Miura, and in you all, and in myself, and I will do my best to run through the show as Akemi until the end.

Shohei Hashimoto as Shusei Darning
Today is the first day of rehearsals, and there have been so many things that have happened during the rehearsals.
Mr. Miura's direction is to dig down to the very bottom of the role to reveal the humanity of the character, which was very beneficial for me in the rehearsal room.
There were many things that led up to today, but I will do my best in the performance, taking joy in the fact that I am standing here today, despite the muddy hues.

Ayu Aika as Shion Karanomori
When I first saw this production, I was wondering what kind of world it would be like, but the direction by Ms. Kaoru Miura was very interesting and went far beyond what I had imagined. I had a lot of fun rehearsing with her.
I am very much looking forward to seeing how the audience will react to the production. I will do my best to finish this wonderful production.

Riona Tatemichi as Yayoi Rokugozuka
I am very happy to be playing the role of Yayoi Rokugozuka, as I used to watch this work when I was a student.
I hope I can bring to you the human characters who desperately survive in this seemingly safe, but very cramped and cruel world.

Kei Hosogai as Mitsuru Sasayama
As you can see from the set, it may be dangerous if everyone is not focused, but I think that is why we human beings can express this work "PSYCHO-PASS: Psycho-Pass".
It is a long performance, so I hope we can all make it through to the big Chi-Autumn Festival without getting hurt.

Imamura Nezumi as Tomoki Seikiriku
I play the role of Tocchan.
I will try to live in this world as one with the young people in mind and body, without feeling the generation gap.

Takehisa Maeyama as Seigo Makishima
I love anime and I love Seigo Makishima, so I am very honored to be able to play this role.
It was really a strange feeling from the beginning of the rehearsals, but through the rehearsals, I have been thinking about what it means to perform as a play and what it means to be played by a real person, and I have worked hard until today.
I will do my best so that today's opening day will be "the best pass".
