Figure-riseLABO [Figure-rise Labo] is a project to research expressions that could not be realized with previous figures and plastic models, and to evolve them toward realization.

The third research theme is "costumes!

Love Live! The third project is a plastic model of Kotori Minami, a member of μ's and in charge of costumes from "Love Live!

The balloons and shoes have a shiny texture, while the cloth of the costume has a matte texture!

A variety of techniques were used to create the glittering costume.

<Delicate luster of organdie
Polarized pearl material is used for the organdie on the back to reproduce a delicate luster.

<Three layers of skirt
Beautiful gradation with a sense of volume is expressed on each of the three pieces. The lace section has a crinkled finish to reproduce the change in transparency caused by the density of the embroidery.

The clear material is mixed with lame for a more glamorous effect!

The expression of "Kotori Minami" has been pursued using layered injection technology.
The shining eyes are reproduced by rounding the edges of the luminescence to create the blurring effect seen in the film.
